Fantastic hotel with exceptional staff . From the moment we arrived until we left fantastic service . We were given a lovely room with the view of the castle. The club Lounge is fantastic with amazing staff who could not do enough . I will come back

The Mercure in Edinburgh was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and attentive. We didn’t use the bar or restaurant, so I’m unable to comment. The beds were comfortable. My only complaint would be that the wifi didn’t work, especially in the rooms. My colleague had the same issue in his room, which was on a different floor.

It was nice and relaxing as we had to stay another night because of the bad weather
