The quality of the beds were not up to satisfactory. The beds were over used and needed to be replaced. The front desk receptionist was informed of this and she said that she would inform her manager. Nothing about making good on another room or replacing the bed. So unfortunately we decided to not stay the remaining of the night. Poor management.

The front desk folks were so accommodating and patient even when I had so many questions. The outdoor fire pits were popular and perfect on a cool fall night. The pool, jacuzzi, and weight room were great too. The room was comfortable and clean. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

One of the better hotel stays I've had. And the breakfast was great! My only complaint was the doors closing on the rooms. They were very slow to close to the point that you didn't think it was going to and then it was an aggressive slam. Very loud from your own room as well as others in the hall. I tried to be courteous and slowly close mine manually but most did not and it was very loud. Other than that, no complaints!

The comforter on the bed and the duvet, for the comforter was way too small. The pillows were way too soft. They weren’t like it was just mush. The bed was like harder than a rock. I think the floor was a lot softer than the bed was. The parking lot is all the way to the back of the building from the front entrance And you could hear the neighbors taking their showers and talking and it was not a joint room You could hear their water going on and off like it was so loud The way to get into the parking lot was awful because you have to drive like all the way down the road turn around and come back up the road like a mile mile a half there’s no direct entrance in

We went last minute to see a band at Penns Peak. The hotel was expensive but it was worth it to be close to the venue. Will probably go back again for some sight seeing.
