Stayed in the one person room and it was great! Location is close to old town, check in is by yourself but easy to navigate. And there are luggage storage rooms on every floor to keep luggage after checkout (probs before too but I didn’t need to)

The hotel is between the train station and the old town. But the location is not too walk-friendly for both the train station (especially carrying the luggage), and the town area. Self-checkin/checkout. All the detailed instructions are left on the room table. But the staff's response was quick after messaging when I have additional question or request.

Excellent accommodation. Very easy self check-in via kiosk, so it was no problems to arrive late. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I did not like the pillows. Excellent location in between the old town and train station. Safe and quiet. Would highly recommend!

Cozy one night stay in Heidelberg
Located nicely not far from the train station, we were able to store our luggage before official check-in and when the check in was done, it was a self check in, which was very smooth. Room was clean. Came with essentially such as towels, sanitary products, sockets to charge tech items. Also were provided with complimentary hot drink and water.

The property was in walkable distance to the Old Town and it was clean and comfortable. The parking was a little tricky - but we lucked out and found a spot in front of the building.

I liked that it was on a side-street and quiet yest in a convenient location. I would prefer a real person to a check-in machine. I didn't like that the shower door was broken and apparently a previous guest brought it the the attention of the staff. There was a front desk attendant for a few hours and I reminded him of the issue but there was no effort to fix it. It made it awkward to shower. Additionally, there is a sensible note suggesting the guest reuse the towel, which is commendable yet there were no towel racks to allow said guest to dry the towel. That's plain ridiculous. I showed the attendant. If management is paying attention, they should provide a partial refund.

A fair distance from the old town, probably need a bus. Not sure if there is ac at this hotel. Self check-in was convenient, but didn’t see any staff for two nights.

We had booked the small apartment that can house 4 adults for a quick weekend trip around Heidelberg. We were pleased with the location, the easy self check-in as well as the room itself. The room/apartment was very clean and spacious! Parking is available about 3 or 4 blocks south from the hotel, in a parking garage located next to a city Edeka grocery store. The daily rate for your car being parked there for 24hrs is €18. There are multiple locations where you can get coffee, baked goods as well as grocery stores to bring back some things to the hotel (the apartment did have a fridge available in the kitchen). Overall, a very wonderful stay, if you like being in the city center and walking distance to all the sight seeing around Heidelberg :)

We stayed in the apartment. It was very spacious and comfortable. Has a kitchen area. The only uncomfortable part is there is no AC and it was hot and humid when we were there. The hotel can't control the weather but something to think about if you are traveling in the summer. Easy self check in and out. Easy access to transportation and food. Nice place to stay.

Clean, economical option
This hotel is as it appears. No frills, just a clean, economical place in Heidelberg. It’s just outside of old town. A little far for walking but not too bad. Plenty of restaurants within a 15 min walk.

Good room. Bad check in experience
Affordable option, close enough to walk in to old Town. Very clean room. I only stayed one night but for others to stay longer, would be nice to have a small fridge. My check in experience was not the best. Could be clearer communication about the process. I arrived before check in time so could not use the self check in machine. No one was at front desk. There was a number on a sign to call but it took me some time to realize this as it did not stand out very well. I was able to call and the person who answered got the cleaner to open for me so I could store my luggage until check in time. If I did not have a sim card for Germany I would have been stuck outside indefinitely with my luggage.
