My only complaint was that the first night my sheets smelled like sweat & body odor. I have stayed here before with no issues. They re made our beds & apologized. The food service worker is awesome. Her food is delicious. And i love that she isnt afraid to say have a blessed day!

Friendly, convenient, reasonable
Have stayed here several times. They have rooms with fireplaces and also suites, which I opted for this time, with 2 TVs and a sofa. There was even a nice view toward town. The pool is heated and there’s a small gym with a couple machines. Easy walk down to Main Street, although there a couple small restaurants nearby. The Hooch is just across the street. Staff here are very friendly and breakfast is adequate. Only 3 floors but there is an elevator. Comfy, but no frills.

Perfect location! Clean rooms!
Perfect location in Helen. We didn’t have to worry about paying for parking downtown as it was a quick 3-5 min walk. Staff was 10/10 and continental breakfast was some of the best I’ve had at a hotel! Clean rooms! Will stay here again when visiting Helen.

Disgusting hotel. Bugs everywhere in the room and when brought to the attention of the staff they responded, “well those are our pets” or “those bring good luck.” The carpet was dirty and looked like it needed replaced 5-10 years ago. The vents looked like they’ve never been clean and has mold. Without question the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at.

This is not your typical Country inn and Suites. Extremely run down and dirty. Carpets are dirty and haven’t been cleaned. Rooms were dirty, and outdated. My kids were crying they didn’t want to stay here. Hot tub in pool area, has been concreted in. If I could have received a refund we would not have stayed.

Our stay was great. The only thing that can be complained about is you can hear your neighbors. Other than that it was great. I was with my 8 year old grandchild and not one time did I feel concerned for our safety at the hotel or around town.

Can hear a pin drop in this hotel. Guests running upstairs sounds like something is going to come through the roof. To no avail, had to ask concierge to have guests quiet down twice (sleeping baby). From 2/nd floor can hear guests screaming in pool. We’ve been up literally all night.
