Room was beautifully decorated. Staff was friendly. Good breakfast. Found a half eaten prop cookie upon entrance into room and in bathroom. Inside of bathroom door was scratched - looks like a dog was left in bathroom and scratched the door to get out. Otherwise, everything was clean and very neat.

The only issue with this hotel is on the first morning there, we had no hot water. It was ice cold. The. Breakfast was very skimpy. Other than that, the room was extremely clean and was an about 1-2 miles from the main strip. I would stay there again

We needed a place for 1 night that was dog friendly. We were hoping to be closer to the main area to walk around town but we were not. It wasn’t a huge disappointment for us because we have been to Helen before but made for a slightly more boring evening than we thought. There were restaurants and stores within walking distance but anything else we would have needed to drive to with small children and pay parking. No fault of the hotel of course just for reference for anyone looking at this hotel. The hotel was nice for the price it had more than we expected including a full size fridge and microwave which was nice.

Great friendly service with home feeling
The service was fantastic. Justin did a great job checking us in and was very professional. The power flickered and the staff quickly knocked on the door to make sure the power was back on. They also brought us towels as soon as we asked for them. The breakfast was pretty good with many options and was consistently supplied. They were also very accommodating and flexible letting us check out a bit later as well as allowing us to leave our vehicle there while we went hiking. My only suggestion for improvement/criticism would be the ac/heaters. Ours had a lot of accumulated dust which I cleaned out. These should be cleaned monthly as it affects the air quality in the room as well as your sleep. Other than that the hotel provided a nice homey feeling for our getaway. Thank you!
