Great property. Worked well for family with a baby. Had some issue with Evolve in getting the dates modified but finally called and got it solved. Local contact was very responsive. Sweet little 2nd story apartment walking distance from everything downtown. One group walked downtown and visted the brewery and shopped the walking mall. Our other group walked 4 blocks to the carousel and Exploration Works. Perfect. Well decorated and really clean. This is what you hope you get when you book a VRBO. Nice mattresses, nice sheets, good directions and some great historical information left for guests. Loved it!!
