A wonderful stay in the newest hotel in Helsinki
We had an amazing 2-night stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The junior suite was beautiful, and thanks to the central location we were able to utilise the room a lot more than on average. My wife particularly loved the spacious walk-in closet to get ready in. The bed was the best we’ve slept in in a long time, and the service was very courteous both at front desk and at breakfast. The buffet in the morning had lots of local delicacies to choose from and everything was of high quality and fresh. The second morning Karelian pasties were also served to the table which was a nice touch. We also used the sauna area three times which was very nice and relaxing, next time we’ll book a treatment as well. Can’t wait to return!

High quality of rooms. Since it’s brand new, the quality is high. Nice art deco style interior design. Breakfast was great and the gym is absolutely suburb. Can’t recommend it enough.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the NH Helsinki! Unfortunately, we did not take advantage of all of the amenities as our stay was short, but the room was spacious and very comfortable. Wonderful and comfortable touches were the lighting options in the room, the self-illuminating bathroom and amazing toilet! The location for us was perfect: an easy walk down to the market and to see the downtown sites, as well as the hotels proximity to the train station. The hotel breakfast was top-notch and provided more than enough options and wonderful coffee. The gentleman who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful, as the rest of the staff. We would stay here again in a heartbeat

The milk containers/cooling thing did not keep the milk cold at all. I think you need to re think this, find another solution. You advertise the rooftop bar, but it is not complete. I would post on the website when it will be opening. People would be less disappointed. Room was great, bed super comfy, breakfast spread was outstanding, so any great choices. Would definitely stay again.

Erittäin miellyttävä kokemus Helsingin uudessa viiden tähden hotellissa. Huoneemme (Premium XL) oli ylellinen ja tyylikäs. Ihana kylpyamme, jossa sai rentoutua vaahtokylvyssä. Parvekkeeltamme saimme katsella Helsingin ihmisvilinää ja illan valoja. Oli myös hauska kokemus harjata aamulla hampaita hotellin pehmoisessa ja lämpimässä kylpytakissa parvekkeella Mannerheimintietä katsellen. Hotellin henkilökunta oli ystävällistä, avuliasta ja huomaavaista. Spa-tiloissa oli ihana rentoutua höyrysaunassa ja kuunnella rentouttavaa musiikkia lämmitetyillä divaaneilla. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja herkullinen. Yksi parhaista hotelliaamiaisista mitä olemme syöneet.
