The staff were very friendly and helpful. The veggie breakfast was really good, compliments to the chef. It is such a shame the restaurant and bar have stopped serving. Many thank to all at the hotel

Room was well furnished ,clean and comfortable . Staff very friendly and efficient .Continental and cooked breakfast both very good . Building works beyond the car park did not disturb or affect our stay in any way. Would be happy to return .

Other than the check in, as the door bell didn’t work and we didn’t have a UK sim, it was a great stay. Very clean, very nice room, good breakfast. Highly recommend.

Good value friendly motel style hotel
Easy check in and Room 15 allocated . Bigger than normal but there was no WiFi coverage there. One of the hotel entrances is shut off so entry and exit is straight into the junction with London Rosd - needs care. Otherwise all was well as usual

Immaculately clean and spacious room
Incredibly clean, comfortable, and nice. Our room was very (!) spacious and a small issue that we had was immediately resolved. Very nice staff and location. The website does not do it justice.

It was weird to have to phone on arrival to get the room key. The room was pleasant enough and clean but was tired and could do with updating. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough for you.

Nice American style lodge/model with rooms opening direct to car park. Bathroom appeared to be recently renovated , good shower. Was baking when I stayed and no aircon. Good basic conti breakfast included with cooked at a fair price. Very friendly but no conventional reception/bar/restaurant.

Very good hotel but limited facilities.
Great hotel but it really depends on which room you book. The basic rooms are just that. I stay regularly and find it suits my needs. Occasionally, when the hotel is quiet, you have to phone a mobile number, to get someone to open up reception when you check in. That wasn’t the case in this visit. Good breakfast (cooked is an extra charge) and friendly staff. There is no longer a bar or restaurant in the hotel.
