The beautiful Art Nouveau villa 'Germania', built around 1900 and extensively restored in the mid 90s, is located on the eastern outskirts of the seaside resort of Ahlbeck on the island of Usedom. Standing in the first row you have direct access to the beach via the promenade. Our apartment No. 2 is located on the ground floor. Coming from the beach it goes down a few steps, since the dune borders directly on the house. So we don't have a lake view. The 3-room apartment has a bedroom with a large double bed, wardrobe and 32 'flat screen TV. The second bedroom is directly adjacent and equipped with a bunk bed, wardrobe, small desk and 22 'flat screen TV with DVD player. The living room is equipped with flat screen TV and 5.1 sound system. Here you will also find a comfortable sofa and an area with a dining table and chairs. The vinyl design covering installed in 2017 is pleasant. In addition, you can get from here to the paved terrace belonging to this apartment and newly created in 2017. The fitted kitchen is of high quality and fully equipped.


The parking lot is in front of the house and belongs to the apartment. Restoration is in the immediate vicinity for every taste. Poland with its famous 'Poland market' is 3km away and can be reached either by foot / bike via the newly designed promenade or by car via the Swinemünder Chaussee.
There are numerous sights on the island. Bicycle rental, mini golf, carriage rides, kite shop, skate track and many leisure activities are on site and also within easy walking distance.

schöne Unterkunft direkt am Stand, mit allem ausgestattet, was man für eine FeWo braucht (bis auf eine Waschmaschine). Alles sauber und sogar ein "Haushalts-Starter-Set", mit Spülmittel, Lappen, Geschirrtuch, Spülitabs, Müllbeutel war bereitgelegt. Alle Ahlbeck-Touri-Hotspots sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Die FW ist ideal in Strandnähe gelegen, groß und geräumig, sehr gute Küchenausstattung. Das Bad ist mit Duschen in der Wanne für ältere Menschen nicht geeignet. Die Badewannenamatur war locker und der Wasserhahn des Bidets hatte nur einen geringen Wasserdruck. Es ist sinnvoll, eigene Handtücher zusätzlich mitzubringen, da die vorhandenen weißen Handtücher schnell verschmutzen. Ein tolles Plus ist der zugehörige Parkplatz. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung, wir würden wiederkommen!

Die Wohnung war in einem sehr sauberen Zustand und sehr groß. Die Lage war top. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt unproblematisch per Schlüsselfach. Der Fahrradraum war wie von Vermieter beschrieben sehr gut belegt, aber wir haben dann ganz spontan die Terrasse genutzt. 😃

Es war alles super und total zufrieden. So wie es beschrieben. Sehr große Wohnung. Top für 4 Personen. Alles da gewesen, sauber und der 1 Minute zum Strand. Leider ist es jetzt vorbei, aber wenn wir wieder in Ahlbeck sind buchen wir wieder!!!!!! Liebe Grüße aus Dresden sehr nette Vermieter und tolle Kommunikation!!!! Alles top

Sehr schöne Wohnung in top Lage direkt hinter der Promenade im Erdgeschoss — allerdings nach hinten zur (ruhigen) Straße und dem Parkplatz gerichtet. Großzügig und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Perfekt, wenn es noch einen schöneren Ausblick gäbe. Sehr zu empfehlen für Gäste, die direkten Zugang zur Promenade und dem breiten Strand suchen. Kleine Trostpflaster waren die anfänglich nicht funktionierende Heizung im Schlafzimmer (wurde umgehend am nächsten Tag repariert), die für unseren Geschmack zu kalt eingestellte Beheizung (besonders in der Nacht), und der fehlende zweite Hausschlüssel (der vom vorherigen Gast mitgenommen wurde). Schlage vor einen 3ten Ersatzschlüssel parat zu haben, da Gäste auch separat Zugang zur Wohnung brauchen. Sehr netter Gastgeber und gute Kommunikation.

Die Lage der Wohnung geht nicht besser. Man ist direkt am Strand. Wohnung war sauber, schön groß. Einrichtung ein bisschen älter, aber absolut in Ordnung. Alles da, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!!! Eigentümer sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Pro: Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und die Lage ein Traum. Strandnah ruhig und gut zu erreichen. Ausstattung und Größe top! Contra: kleine schattige Terrasse neben großer Hotelanlage Wärmepumpe und Müllcontainer direkt nebenan Souterrain Wohnung, Abbildung zeigt Haus "nur" von vorne. Zugang zu Wohnung allerdings von der Rückseite. Da Souterrain, erhöhte Feuchtigkeit im Schlafzimmer, hier kommt allerdings ein Lufttrockner zu Einsatz. Alles in allem weiter zu empfehlen, auch aufgrund des Preisleistungsverhältnisses

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Buchung und Aufenthalt sind ohne Probleme möglich gewesen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Das Einzige, was ich vlt. hätte vorher wissen wollen, ist, dass das Kinderzimmer ein Duchgangszimmer ist. Die Anbringung eines Vorhangs wäre hier toll, gerade, weil die Gardinenstange dafür ja schon vorhanden ist. Ansonsten alles klasse. Sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig
