Schönes Appartement in bester Lage zum Strand
Von Buchung über Aufenthalt - alles prima. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung trifft genau zu. Die Ausstattung ist prima und es gibt genügend Platz für alle. Die Lage an der Promenade ermöglicht kurze Spaziergänge in beide Richtungen, in ca 10 min nach Bansin und in ca 20 min nach Heringsdorf. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage nicht weit vom Strand war optimal. Die Bushaltestelle ist in der Nähe, so dass man ihn jederzeit kostenlos mit der Kurkarte jederzeit nutzen kann. Die Strandpromenade grenzt gleich an das Grundstück. Für jede Wohnung steht ein kostenloser Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen.

Top Lage für Urlauber mit Hund
Objekt wie auf Bildern beschrieben. Sauberkeit so lala, auch oben mal die spinnen entfernen. Sonst zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Geschirr ausreichend vorhanden. Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Balkonmöbel sehr enttäuschend, wie soll man gemütlich auf den kleinen holzstühlen sitzen, daher nicht nutzbar.

Im Großen Ganzen ist die Wohnung in Ordnung, liegt näher am Zentrum von Bansin wie Heringsdorf
Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen reichlich, allerdings sollte man bei der Größe der Wohnung von der Nutzung mehrerer Personen ausgehen. Und dafür ist das Bad definitiv zu klein. Und der Duschekabine sieht man die Gebrauchsspuren sehr an, müßte mal ausgetauscht werden!

Urlaub zum Wohlfühlen
Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, Wohnung großräumig, sauber, hell, mit allem ausgestattet, was für eine Selbstverpflegung benötigt wird, ausreichend Raum für persönliche Dinge. Parkplatz ist im eingezäunten Objekt, das direkt an der Strandpromenade liegt, Wasserschloss Mellenthin als Ausflugsziel sehr zu empfehlen

im Großen und Ganzen okay. Doch sehr weit ab vom Schuss und wir sind gut zu Fuß. Man läuft doch schon eine Weile bis man in Heringsdorf an der Seebrücke angekommen ist.

Super Lage, groß genug für 4 Personen(waren nur2)
das Apartment verfügt über ALLES was es braucht in einer Ferienwohnung. Es gibt genug Platz und die Betten sind bequem. Der Vorraum von der Wohnung ist ideal zu Hund abtrocknen und säubern. Ich hätte mich über saubere Fenster gefreut +ohne Spinnweben, aber das sollten Sie dem Reinigungsdienst selbst sagen. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und eine entspannte Herbstwoche verbracht. Meine Hündin hat dies besonders genossen,das wir gleich am Hundestrand waren. Vielleicht wäre eine kleine Investition von neuen Vorhängen und einem neuen Balkontisch noch drin........ Auf jeden Fall würde ich diese Wohnung immer wieder mieten. Schön gelegene Fe Wo
Ich schreibe dies für meine Eltern beide über 80ig Jahre alt! Die FW ist sehr schön gelegen und mann kann auch ohne Auto alles gut erreichen! Was aber überhaupt nicht geht,ist die Sauberkeit,was den Balkon und die Fenster betrifft!!! Diese sind länger als 3 Monate nicht gesäubert,sichtbar am Ausenrahmen der Fenster! Das Mobiliar auf dem Balkon lädt nicht gerade zu einem gemütlichen Verweilen ein und man sieht ja das es auch wesentlich besser geht,schaut man sich die anderen Balkone an! Der Fernseher musste erst neu eingerichtet werden was den Resiver und die Einstellungen des Fernsehers betreffen! Was kostet heute" Bitte" ein vernünftiges Fernsehgerät wo alles eingebaut ist und man nur noch eine Fernbedienung hat!? (Kundenfreuntlich)? Auch so elementare Dinge wie eine einfache Uhr wo mann schnell mal die Zeit ablesen kann fehlt einfach! Über das Internet möchte ich nur soviel sagen,wenn kostenlose Nutzung angepriesen wird,sollte es dann auch so sein! (Zu 90ig%Standart in allen Unterkünften wo ich bisher im In und Ausland logiert habe). Meine Eltern hat es aber in Heringsdorf sehr gut gefallen und wenn sie gesund bleiben kommen sie auch gern wieder,nur die Unterkunft wird definitiv gewechselt! (Preis - Leistung)-unangemessen!!! Ort war schön, Wohnung ging so.
Heringsdorf und auch die Strandnähe der Wohnung sind top. Es gibt paar kleine Mängel in der Wohnung die vielleicht nachgebessert werden sollten. (Licht im Wohn-/Essbereich nicht genügend, Fenstervorhänge eindeutig zu klein- man konnte am Abend nicht richtig die Fenster verdunkeln etc.) Stellplatz im Hof zur Herbstzeit echt ungünstig (Dellen im Auto durch Eichen). Ansonsten schöne Gegend und immer gerne wieder aber nicht in dem Haus.

angenehme Lage am Strand
Wohnung grosszügig,sauber. Der Aufgang zur Wohnung durch die Treppe für ältere und gehbehinderte Gäste nicht barrierefrei,ebenso der Duscheingang.Der gegenüberliegende Strandabschnitt ,ein "Hundestrand",sollte als solcher vor der Buchung schriftlich erwähnt werden.Leider achten die vielen Hundebesitzer häufig nicht auf die Kotentfernung,sehr unschön für die Kaiserbäder ..
