Our comfortable and well-furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of the house island beach and features a bright and spacious living room with kitchenette and a separate bedroom with king-size bed, and a spacious terrace with garden. The living room couch can be pulled out and used as needed as a bed for up to two people. The bath is separately accessible from the hallway and thus from both rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, and new crockery and cutlery. An initial bed linen, towels and a parking space are included in the rental. For beach promenade is only 50 meters.

Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Ich persönlich fand die die Abdunkelungsvorhänge im Schlafzimmer sehr angenehm, da ich es zum Schlafen lieber dunkel mag. Es war auch alles in der Küche vorhanden. Da wir nur 3 Nächte dort waren, haben wir die Küchengeräte gar nicht benutzt. Das kleine Gartenstück fand ich sehr angenehm, da so nicht jeder dort reinschauen konnte. Der schriftliche Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, Herr Hoffmann, war sehr freundlich, schnell und entgegenkommend. Alles gut zu empfehlen!

Schöne Fewo in super Lage
Es war alles da, was wir brauchten und die Kommunikation lief unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist praktisch geschnitten - Schlafen rechts, Wohnen links, Bad und Flur in der Mitte. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet inkl. ein paar Gewürze; Staubsauger und Kinderhochstuhl sind auch da. Einzig offener Wunsch für's nächste Mal: ein Haken in der Küche, um ein Geschirrhandtuch aufzuhängen :) Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder.

Nette Fewo, aber wenig Aufmerksamkeit für die Mängel
Wir waren das 2. Mal in der FeWo. Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet und die Nähe zum Strand ist einfach toll. Diesmal sind uns Mängel aufgefallen, welche wir an die "Service-Kraft" gemeldet haben. Eine Reaktion gab es leider nicht. MÄNGEL *Dunstabzugshaube funktioniert nicht, *die linke Unterbaulampe in der Küchenzeile ist kaputt, *im Kühlschrank funktioniert das Licht nicht. Die folgenden Mängel wurden bereits von vorherigen Gästen gemeldet und sind noch nicht behoben :( . *‎die Lampe im Bad hat Startschwierigkeiten (ca 6.sec), *‎die Wandhalterung für den TV scheint defekt zu sein, da unter dem TV zur Stabilisierung/ Befestigung Bücher geklemmt sind. Ansonsten waren es schöne und erholsame Tage in Ahlbeck.

Die Lage und die FeWo sind sehr schön. Leider fehlt die Kontrolle durch den Verwalter bzw. Hausmeister. In unserer FeWo war die Wandhalterung des Fernsehers im Wohnraum defekt, welcher mit einer Rolle Toilettenpapier stabilisiert wurde. Die Lampe im Bad hatte "Startschwierigkeiten" und für Allergiker völlig ungeeignet sind Federkopfkissen.... Trotz der kleinen Mängel hatten wir, wie jedes Jahr, eine tolle Zeit in Ahlbeck.

Das Bad sollte unbedingt saniert werden. Fliesen am Fenster lose. Duschabtrennung richtig dreckig. Auf der Terrasse stapelt sich hinter dem Strandkorb der Abfall. Der Fernseher ist nicht richtig an der Wand befestigt. Auf den Schränken liegt eine dicke Staubschicht. Ich hoffe das es verbessert wird, weil wir gern in Ahlbeck sind und Urlaub machen. Dieter

Super Lage, kommen gerne wieder
3 Minuten zum Strand, 600 m zum Supermarkt, 5 Minuten zum Fahradverleih, Stellplatz, Waschmaschinen und Trockner im Keller. Hell, sauber, zwei Fernseher, Fahradständer, netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Gute Matratzen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden dieses Appartement jederzeit wieder buchen.

Super Lage!!!
Die Lage der FeWo ist unschlagbar. Die 50 m zum Strand sind nicht untertrieben, man fällt fast in die Ostsee :-) Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten, gut ausgestattet und über das Stück Garten hat sich besonders unser 1 1/2 jähriger Sohn gefreut. Super war auch der Kontakt mit dem FeWo Besitzer gewesen. Wir haben etwas vergessen in der FeWo und er hat alle Hebel in Bewegung gesetzt damit wir unsere Sachen wieder bekommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

strandnah,, groß und super ausgestattet
Die Wohnung ist nur 50 Meter von einem traumhaften Strand entfernt. Sie ist groß, geräumig und super ausgestattet. Scharfe Messer, Geschirr, Gewürze und Kaffeefilter usw. Die Kommunikation war 1a und Check in war problemlos und sogar Stunden vorher möglich. Wohnung ist schön kühl im Sommer und die Terrasse mit Strandkorb ist eine super Entspannung Möglichkeit. Sogar ein Wäscheständer war auf der Terrasse. Über Nacht bitte nicht auf dem Rasen stehen lassen, da nachts die Rasensprenger angehen :) Es gibt 2 TV (Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer) Leider ist das Haus etwas hellhöring. Aber es war ok. Das Bad war sauber, die Abdichtung der Duschtür müsste mal erneuert werden, sowie die Fliesen im Duschbereich. Dusche hat eine sehr gute Temperartur und einen guten Wasserdruck. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Nähe ist auch ein guter Fahrrad Verleih und die Lage zum Strand sind unschlagbar. Immer gerne wieder.

Unterkunft ist sauber und nur 5 min. vom Strand entfernt. Leider fangen die Handwerker rund um die Wohnung punkt 7 Uhr mit ihrer Arbeit an. Der Lärm nervt.
