Very nice rooms
We arrived about an hour and a half before check in opened, but there were no parking spots, so we had to park in a public car park a few blocks away. We were offered a welcome drink, but at the bar were then told that this only covered coffee - as it was about 30 degrees outside, we kindly declined. The room was very comfortable, clean and tastefully furnished. It was one of those rooms that you just feel really cosy and at home in, so that was perfect. Breakfast was a little chaotic - it was busy holiday time, granted, but with the squeeze in the breakfast room it didn't seem particularly relaxing. Location of the hotel is good - right by the beach.

Few days in Ahlbeck
The hotel was good and had very friendly service. The room itself was pretty small especially the bathroom but clean and nice. The restaurant was located at top floor with great view to the sea and you always found something for breakfast. Unfortunately it was boring after 3rd day as it was always same and not as used to in 4* hotel. In the evening it was difficult to find a spot for your bicycle inside as there is no dedicated safe room provided, only very narrow place under the stairs.

Das Superior Zimmer mit Meerblick hatte keine komfortable Sitzgelegenheit, lediglich zwei harte Holzstühle. Das Meer konnte lediglich durch die Bäume erahnt werden. So hatten wir uns das nicht vorgestellt. Es beeinträchtigte die Qualität des Aufenthaltes sehr. Das Frühstück war sehr gut , im 6. Stock mit weitem Blick über Land und Meer. Dort konnte man natürlich während des Tages nicht verweilen.

Zuerst hatten wir noch einen guten Eindruck vom Hotel. Der ist dann aber schnell in die andere Richtung gekippt. Beim ersten Frühstück waren viele Speisen (wie z.B. Rüherei) nicht zu bekommen, da der Koch nicht da war und die meisten Töpfe dann schon leer.Ab dem zwieten Tag war es etwas besser, aber leider wurden immer die gleichen Speisen und vor allem Brötchen angeboten. Die Sauberkeit und der Zustand des Hotels waren die schlimmsten Punkte die nicht in Ordnung waren. Hinzu kommt die Unfreundlichkeit des Personals und das parken bei offener Schranke auf dem Hotelparkplatz war dann auch schwierig.

Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr aufmerksam und immer zuvorkommend.Auch an der Rezeption war stets freundliches Personal .Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand , der sauber ist . In unmittelbarer Nähe gib es eine Strandbar und Minigolf.

Grundsätzlich ein sehr annehmliches Hotel mit deutlichen Einschränkungen und Luft nach oben. Preis- / Leistung nicht ausgeglichen. wiederholter Besuch im Hotel. Superior Zimmer lag direkt vorm Parkplatz. Keine Kühlmöglichkeit von Medikamenten und Getränken im Zimmer. Der Wunsch nach Abhilfe wurde an der Rezeption arrogant abgeschmettert, mit der Antwort das Hotel sei vollkommen ausgebucht. Im Internet waren jedoch noch mehrere Zimmer verfügbar. Für das Frühstück muss man ein Zeitfenster buchen. Erfolgt die Reserviwerung nicht rechtzeitig vorher, bleiben nur noch die Randzeiten. ich möchte mich an meinen freien Tagen nicht festlegen wollen, wann ich frühstücke. Generell ist die Kapazität in allen Belangen beim Frühstück überlastet. kein Service sondern Abfertigung. Buffet abgegrast, es wird erst auf Nachfrage das angefragte Produkt nachgelegt. Nachschub Brötchen dauerte 15 Minuten. Sehr crowdy. viele unzufriedene Gäste aus meinem Blickwinkel. Der schöne Ausblick wird schnell zur Nebensache. Die Zimmer mit Meerblick, besonders in der unteren Etage liegen vor einem Minigolfplatz mit kleinem Biergarten. Hier ertönt von morgens bis Abends Musik. Der Saunabereich ist sehr klein, nur vier Liegen und ein Haken unmittelbar an den Duschen. Weitere Liegen im Schwimmbad mit lauter Kulisse.
