This spacious holiday home for up to 6 people is located in Obermoschach, Carinthia and offers an ideal base for a relaxing and adventurous holiday in the mountains. The semi-detached chalet is located in a small-scale holiday park on the edge of Hermagor, a charming town in the Austrian state of Carinthia. In addition to a beautiful location, the holiday home is fully equipped. On the ground floor there is an open, fully equipped kitchen with adjoining living room consisting of a separate dining area and a spacious seating area. At the entrance is the toilet with coat rack and storage cupboard. The open staircase takes you to the first floor where there are 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and 1 with a bunk bed. On this first floor there is also a spacious bathroom and 2 balconies. You can park directly at the chalet. From the house you have access to all kinds of outdoor activities including beautiful walking routes that run along the river towards the nearby Weissensee. Moreover, you are within a 10-minute drive of Nassfeld, a beautiful ski area consisting of 110 kilometers of slopes of all levels of difficulty. In the summer you can enjoy yourself with the whole family in the largest open-air park in Carinthia. Nassfeld Outdoor Park, offers various challenges such as a ropes course, climbing, Flying Fox, 3D archery, mountain carts and river tubing. Obermoschach is located close to the border triangle of Austria, Italy and Slovenia and not far from the Italian border, 20 minutes from a jump in the Presseggersee. You can be in Slovenia in just an hour! In summer, the outdoor pool in Kirchbach, the Gitschtal adventure pool and the natural pool in Mauthen offer lots of swimming fun! In Hermagor there are plenty of shopping options for your daily needs, as well as a wide selection of good restaurants.

Moderner Neubau mit toller Lage
Bei unserer Anreise fanden wir den HausschlĆ¼ssel in einem SchlĆ¼sselsafe. Das war ein bequemer und schneller check in. Leider wurde das Haus nicht sehr ordentlich geputzt. Der FuƟboden war staubig und sandig, der nagelneue Bodenbelag von den EsszimmerstĆ¼hlen bereits sehr zerkratzt, die ToilettenschĆ¼sseln von auƟen schmutzig, das Waschbecken und der Spiegel im Badezimmer leider mit ZahnpastarĆ¼ckstƤnden, die Mikrowelle war auƟer Funktion. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Vermieter erfolgte nur auf englisch. Der Garten war nicht nutzbar, da neu eingesƤt und fĆ¼r den Gartentisch und Gartenbank war kein Platz bzw. keine Terrasse vorhanden. Es handelt sich um eine DoppelhaushƤlfte. Der Garten ist zum Nachbar nicht abgetrennt und auch nicht eingefriedet. Auf den gemeinsamen Balkonen ist jedoch eine Sichtschutzwand vorhanden. Sie Zufahrt zum Haus war leider auch noch nicht fertig angelegt. Von der StraƟe zur Einfahrt war ein groƟer Absatz, sodass unser Auto immer eine Notbremsung auslƶste... Aber die Ausstattung vom Haus ist sehr modern und hochwertig. Schƶne begehbare Dusche und tolle Betten. Auch die Lage vom Haus ist klasse. Eine tolle Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer aus auf die Berge. Super Ausgangspunkt fĆ¼r sƤmtlichen Wanderrouten. Wenn der Ferienpark komplett fertig angelegt ist und das Haus ordentlich geputzt wurde, kommen wir bestimmt auch gerne wieder.
