We believe that our room was not cleaned prior to us staying there. Leftover old food in the refrigerator, no shampoo in the shower, hideous stain at the base of the toilet. The staff is always friendly.

The beds were to small and very uncomfortable. We have stayed in other rooms that were great. Thought I was getting an extended stay king room. This falls on hotels.com customer service was awful and I did not get the room I asked for. Will only book through the hotel personally next time.
