It was so noisy this time around in the hotel rooms. I’ve been here a few times and this was by far the noisiest. In addition, I believe a staff member brought their entire family to swim in the pool. About 12 people came in and pretty much forced out us as a paying guest to enjoy the pool. They were throwing a basketball around and almost hit little ones in the head. I just didn’t feel very watched.

Didn’t like one morning for breakfast went to get coffee with my meal and was told they were out of coffe in breakfast room and I would have to go to the lobby to get my coffee. I went to the lobby to return and the breakfast room door was locked and had to wait for my husband to see me standing at the door waiting for someone to open it. I found that very rude to lock the door when people were still eating breakfast.
