Clean hotel with spacious suites for the family. Breakfast was really good with a fresh omelette bar. Staff at the front very polite and professional. Hotel in a safe area. Hotel is 30 min from DC with a straightforward commute.

Overall, this Embassy Suites, Herndon, VA, was a satisfactory stay. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite in a corner on the third floor. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked, thankfully. The furniture in the living room was worn out and torn, in dire need of replacement. It is obviously an older property that management has neglected to maintain properly for the sake of profitability. I was disappointed considering it is a Hilton property. I used to think more highly about Hilton properties, but will reconsider future stays.

The shuttle never showed up at the airport even after we called to get information about where to wait and let them know we were there. The room was dingy and it didn’t look like the sheets on the sofa bed had been cleaned.
