Super friendly; a peaceful stay
Gerda & Philip were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful with planning some close-by walks. Wisteria is in a very peaceful area and the sunny garden is great for enjoying one of the many beers on offer! Breakfast was delicious! A fantastic stay; weā€™ll be back.

We truly enjoyed our stay here... itā€™s an adorable hotel in a small town with friendly staff and beautiful decor! We arrived later in the day without dinner reservations, but they quickly shared their food with us! The pork cheeks were delicious, as were the vegetables & croquettes. They have a great beer selection too! The breakfast was also nice ... the garden has a chicken pen & 2 goats! The whole garden was very well kept with cute antiques, plants, coy, etc! The hotel is modern, clean & quiet! I would return without hesitation!

Nice Hotel, but the "Included Extras" are $$$
This is a clean, lovely little hotel in the Belgian countryside, not too far from Brussels or Lille. They serve a nice breakfast with the stay, and the rooms are bright, clean, and comfortable. That said, when I looked at the description of this property, one of the first things it said was that it has a sauna, whirlpool, and steam bath. Even under the area of extras that cost more, this was not mentioned. When we wanted to use the spa facilities, we were told by the owner that it was a supplemental charge of 60 Euros. WHAT!?!? That is more than two thirds of the cost of the room!! That is outrageous, and false advertising. If it had been 10 Euros, that would have probably been acceptable, but 60 Euros just to take a hot tub is ridiculous. They told us that if we only wanted to use one thing (like the whirlpool), there was a slight discount, but it was still super high. If you want a nice, comfortable place to stay, this is nice. But don't count on using the "included" spa unless you are willing to blow some serious cash.

Perfect place to stay
I had a really nice stay at Wisteria. Nice room, kind and helpful staff and a lovely garden outside. There are not so many restaurants nearby, but luckily the staff could offer dinner on request as well. Hopefully I will be back here sometime.
