My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at courtyard by Marriott. Everything was clean and staff was friendly. The one thing we did not like was our shower. The floor of the shower was very slippery. My husband and I both almost fell in the shower. We laid down towels on the shower floor so we wouldn’t slip and hurt ourselves. We notified management and housekeeping of the issue. We were there two days and it was not resolved.

This hotel is just a few minutes away from Hershey Park & right down the block from many dining options. The downside is that it is expensive in season.

Close to downtown Hershey
Location is great and staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms are a nice size and spacious shower. Room could have been cleaner and a bit more care taken to vacuum, dust, tend to bathroom. Unfortunately, housekeeping skipped our room despite it being vacant for 12 hours so there was no opportunity to rectify. With the growing options to rent other spaces (VRBO, airBRB, etc), the benefit of a hotel is precisely that housekeeping service which we did not get.
