Our room wasn’t cleaned properly before we checked in. There was a dental floss stick on the bathroom floor and old coffee packages in the coffee maker. The carpet was coming up at the edges.

Everything was oerfect upon arrival. Beautiful humongous building and the libby wasjust as spacious and pleasing to my eyes. HOWEVER; I gave three stars because when I actually settled in after dining at Devon's I discoverd two things initially. The nughtstand between the beds had some kind of oily liquid all over it that couldn't ve wiped away. The second thing was I stepped on something hard after I took iff my shoes. From ther I took note the carpet had not been vacuumed before my arrival. I then did a thorough insoection and saw more crumbs. BETWEEN the beds and underneath the desk beside the window. The third and fourth things happened back to back early this morning. The toilet stopped flushing properly and the stopper to the bathroom sink wouldn't release. I made a note of those things and handed it to the employee behind counter. She said she would provide me with piints. I told her I didn't want anything other than to have riom 306 properly orepared for future guests.

The bathroom sink area needed a door to separate it from the sleeping area. That's really the only issue we had. One other thing would be nice too is to install walk in showers instead of bathtubs. It would increase the size of the showering area. Not many people use a bathtub anymore. For small chidren maybe but that's about it.

While the lobby and breakfast area was beautiful and abundant, the room itself was very dirty--stained rugs and broken toilet.

Location to attractions was great, parking lot was not safe for guests. It was in the back of the hotel with no sidewalk to the entrance, it shared a lot with a restaurant next door. It was dangerous to walk with suitcases and children in the roadway. Breakfast at 8:45 AM had run low on most items. The waffle batter was overflowing on the counter and the area was messy. Overall it needed more attention from the staff. Our room was clean and the beds comfortable.
