I have just stayed at the senseana resort for 5 days. Upon arrival the hotel staff couldnā€™t be more accommodating, they are all very friendly and could help you enough, they are what make you feel like you are at home! The one only thing I think that letā€™s this hotel down is the food served, it was quite a limited choice for main meals and snacks, although the food served was very nice. Apart from this 5* all day long. I will be returning in the future I hope you praise your staff well, they were amazing!

The pool was very dirty kids were vomiting and peeing in the pool. Adult were walking in the 30cm pool bit with their shoes on. Management should enforce rules around pool. Such a shame thatā€™s such a nice hotel with views but couldnā€™t go in the pool at all during my 7 days holiday.

By far the best hotel weā€™ve ever stayed in. They cater to luxury level for adults and children to the same level. Vegetarian food was fantastic and always different. Would go back again and again if prices were more affordable

Ruined vacation, major health issues
Despite being a newly constructed hotel, the overall experience fell short of expectations. Even when the construction is completed, it is difficult to consider this establishment as a true 5-star hotel, as advertised. The absence of a beachfront and the relatively small pool area were notable drawbacks. Additionally, the lack of waterfront rooms, despite their promotion, was misleading. While there is a public beach a 10-minute walk away, the beach area directly in front of the hotel was unappealing, utilized for boat docking, and cramped between deteriorating concrete piers. However, the most disheartening aspect was how the hotel's actions impacted our vacation negatively. We later discovered that the hotel was aware of multiple guests falling ill but failed to inform us. They only mentioned a few COVID cases as the reason for the staff wearing masks. Unfortunately, after two days, I became severely sick, spending the entire night vomiting and experiencing major diarrhea for the remainder of the trip. The hotel's lack of transparency and honesty ruined our vacation experience.

Nous sommes tombĆ©s malades et avons eu, mon mari et moi une intoxication alimentaire. Nous pensions tout d'abord qu'il s'agissait d'une insolation mais d'autres clients de l'hĆ“tel ont vĆ©cu la mĆŖme chose que nous aux mĆŖmes moments. (je precise Ć©galement que nous avons voyager de nombreuses fois et que c'est la seule et unique fois que nous sommes tombĆ©s malade, nous n'avons pas l'estomac fragile en temps normal) Cela en dit long sur l'hygiĆØne du restaurant et buffet proposĆ©. L'hĆ“tel Ć©tait neuf mais aussi en pleins travaux. Manque d'activitĆ© et de divertissement. Cependant la chambre Ć©tait trĆØs propre et trĆØs bien Ć©quipĆ©. Les piscines Ć©taient grandes et bien entretenues. Le quartier oĆ¹ est situĆ© l'hĆ“tel n'est pas trĆØs animĆ© Ć  part une enfilade d'hĆ“tels vous nā€™y trouverez pas grand-chose Ć  faire. Nous avons rĆ©ellement passĆ© un sĆ©jour de qualitĆ©, la chambre Ć©tait de bonne taille, trĆØs bien Ć©quipĆ©e ( jusquā€™au fer Ć  repassĆ© ou au pese personne) La formule en all inclusive nous a permet de profiter pleinement de ce que lā€™hĆ“tel nous a mis Ć  disposition Ć  toute heure La chambre avec piscine commune Ć©tait trĆØs calme, trĆØs pratique (nous avions un bĆ©bĆ©) Nous pensons vivement revenir pour faire profiter Ć  notre petit bout des infrastructures mise Ć  disposition pour les enfants !

It was a horror trip. Due to bad hygiene in the hotel, half of the guests got an bacterial stomach infection. I was throwing up during the whole stay and even had to go to hospital. The whole staff knew that I was doing that bad and I specifically told me them to get me a stomach friendly dish like some overcooked rice. They just didnā€™t come and I just kept waiting. Turned out they were planning on not getting me anything until 7pm! I wouldā€™ve starved to death since I couldnā€™t keep anything in my stomach. I didnā€™t see anyone disinfect any of the door nobs or anything. I donā€™t even know why I payed so much for that trip I shouldā€™ve just stayed home. And Iā€™m still sick

Die Unterkunft hat eindeutig zu frĆ¼h ihre TĆ¼ren geƶffnet! Am ersten Tag als wir anreisten, wurde unser Check-in verschoben. Als wir dann um 17 Uhr ungeduldig wurden, brachte uns ein Mitarbeiter in ein Zimmer. Sie ƶffneten die TĆ¼r und sahen, das Zimmer ist schon belegt. Dann ging es weiter ins nƤchste Zimmer. Dies war ebenfalls belegt, dort waren sogar zwei Damen drin. PrivatsphƤre, nein! Wir sollten erneut warten. Nach 1 Std. nachdem ich den Expedia Support kontaktierte, wurde ein Zimmer orfanisiert. Um 18:30 konnten wir dann endlich aufs Zimmer. Wir hoffen nun endlich auf ein erholsamen Urlaub. Von wegen! Am NƤchsten Tag spielte die Elektronik auf dem Zimmer verrĆ¼ckt. Die Lichter im Schlafzimmer gingen nicht mehr aus, das Licht in Bad ging nicht an. Nach mehrmaligen Beschwerden wurde nichts unternommen. Irgendwann um 23 Uhr kam dann ein Techniker und kĆ¼mmerte sich drum. Des weiteren war im Hotel eine riesen Baustelle. Es war laut, es wurde gebohrt und WƤnde gestemmt bis in den spƤten Stunden. Das ist keine Erholung. Im Flur lagen Ć¼berall Werkzeuge! Schrecklich, man zahlt so ein hohen Betrag und man kann sich nicht erholen. Kulanz gab es nicht! Akzeptier oder stirb! Nie wieder!
