Pretty Fawn Place (255688) has a paved road to secluded beauty of nature with a year round mountain, lake and sunset view. A view of the monument of Brasstown Bald, the tallest point in Georgia, can be seen across Lake Chatuge. Our fully furnished mountain home has three bedrooms and two full baths. The kitchen is located on the main floor with a breathtaking view of the mountains. A vaulted ceiling living area has a 50" Flat SCREEN. Wood burning fireplace along with 2 bedrooms on the main level. Downstairs is a separate living area with TV, stereo, DVD player and along with a third bedroom, second full bath and washer and dryer.

Just outside in the yard is a two person swing with a cozy fire pit for the cool nights. Enjoy a jetted HOT TUB whirlpool and comfy rocking chairs. Enjoy feeding the birds from the bird and hummingbird feeders.

The home has central heat and air along with wireless internet. Come and enjoy a home decorated in mountain decor with one of the best views with a sunset in Hiawassee Ga. just 2 miles from the middle of town.

Cozy cabin with lovely view
This cozy cabin worked out pretty well for our family of four plus dog. The owner was awesome and responded very quickly to all questions. pros: -lovely view -nice hot tub -dog friendly -clean -washer/dryer -two living areas -multiple televisions -excellent response time from owner -large deck -air-conditioned (although we did not need it in May) -close to town of Hiawassee -lots of privacy and trees cons: -the yard was smaller than it appeared in the pictures. -the main living area and kitchen are pretty small (but functional) Good to know: -road to cabin was not mini-van friendly; we made it up and down in lowest gear, but it was not fun. The last mile or so is narrow, windy, and very steep. Our Honda CRV handled this much better than the mini van. -TV is YouTube TV (lots of channels available) -internet was good throughout most of the cabin -there is not much space to walk a dog--the road is very steep and narrow, and the yard is very small--but our dog loved walking at the rhododendron garden in town. -good cell reception with Verizon

Amazing Views with Privacy
We loved our time here! The view is amazing and so peaceful. We loved that we couldn’t see any houses around us. The home is so inviting and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. We cooked most our meals there and had everything we needed. I’d highly recommend this property.

Just the cabin escape my wife and I were in need of!!
Indescribable mountain views, wood burning fireplace, relaxing and easy to use hot tub....what more could anyone want for a mountain escape. The weather during our stay was mostly rainy and cold but it made it even more enjoyable to soak in the hot tub while staring out at those mountains and then sit by the crackling fireplace taking in the views and changing light. A quiet retreat that we'd return to in a heartbeat!

Very nice cabin. Everything you need is here. Fieplace was a welcome amenity when temps were in the teens. Close to several nice towns and outdoor adventures! Communication with Karen, the host, was outstanding.

Incredible Views at top of switchbacks
Well appointed rustic cabin with best views in town. Its just a lot of switchbacks getting up to it but that may be the price of admission. Hot tub was extra bonus. Just remember to bring your own paper towel and napkins!

Spectacular View
This is a lovely cabin situated on a mountain with a breathtaking view of the Appalachian foothills. The bottom floor is a very nice suite with living room, king bedroom, full bath and sliding door to the back yard. The upper floor has two bedrooms, a bath, kitchen and living room. It was perfect for two couples and two dogs. The location is well situated to explore the waterfalls, cute little towns like Helen, Young Harris and Blairsville, state parks and wonderful hiking trails in the area.

Great Get Away
We really enjoyed our time at the cabin. Everything exceeded expectations. The stress of work needed a place for decompression. This was it. The peaceful surroundings plus the hot tub was wonderful. We enjoyed the grill for cooking, the fire pit for s’mores, and the fireplace inside. The kitchen was fully stocked for what you need. Also there is firewood for sale right down the road. The Ingles was first rate. I can’t say enough about how helpful Karen and Vince were. They were the perfect hosts. If you’re looking for a great getaway from the city, look no further. This is the place!
