The property was perfect for our family. We stayed there the night Hurricane Helene blew through. The staff was well prepared and the building was well taken care of too. The only complaint was the toilet bubbling and the bathtub not being the cleanest either. Otherwise very nice!

We were given a handicap room that has no counter in the bathroom which was extremely inconvenient, the front desk just said sorry but no remedy, as if they do not know what to do with the compliant. Not the normal experience we had at hilton hotels.

Very nice resort. However our room was dusty, walls and doors need painting and refrigerator was also not defrosted. Please add at least 1 diet soda to vending machines.
