I love the location of this hotel, love the two pools and how close it is to the ocean. However it’s old, there’s no hot water to shower, the rooms are quite dirty, I had to get an air freshener from a grocery store because my room smelled so moldy. The worst part was my third night there there was a domestic violence disturbance in the room above me that scared me badly. They sent security but did not make the guests leave. It felt very unsafe. The staff at the hotel were very friendly but overall this place just needs a major upgrade .

Lobby and property grounds were beautiful. Room was not. Had patchwork repairs and walls were dirty. We overlooked it because beds were clean and comfortable and staff was friendly.

Everything was excellent, day and night employees were kind professionals,from parking to the beach and from house keeping to hotel staff reflected a great deal on how well the management team must be. shower never got hot room looked dated. the Hilton is suppose to be a top rate hotel instead it was more like a motel 6. not worth the money.

We loved the beachfront location. The staff were very friendly and the food/drinks were really good. It was a shame we experienced a problem with our room being serviced as it should have been. The front desk helped as much as they could and refunded part of the daily charge which was acceptable. We would definitely recommend and revisit if possible in the future.

We stayed on the 10th floor oceanfront would recommend 9th in the future so you have a roof. Grounds great staff is all foreign and we had extra food and drink on our bill. Breakfast was a rip off $28 for buffet each but ocean location and bike rental was excellent. Pool was cold and hot tub very hot.
