Awesome place to stay!
This beach condo was great! Secluded area with easy walk-in access to unit. Condo was super clean and updated. Also, well stocked with kitchen accessories and appliances, beach towels & beach chairs. Quick walk or bike ride to the beach! Lots of attractions nearby! I had to reach out to the property manager about the grill and she was very accommodating. My family and I would definitely stay at this property again. Job well done!

Great location, great property, painless experience. Recommended!
First of all, VRBO and Evolve, the property management company, made the process painless and effortless. All of the needed information about the stay was provided well in advance. We just showed up, entered our access code, and had everything we needed. The property was clean and well cared for. Bicycles were included in the rental which saved us some cash. Will certainly consider this property and management company next time we travel to HHI.

Great place. Close to the beach.
We had a nice stay. The place looks much bigger in the pictures, but it was fine for three of us. Centrally located and just a short walk to the beach. Really nice pool. Condo was well equipped. We would stay again.

The property was perfect, and met all our wishes and functional comforts. Main recommendations for consideration? Update the pillows, which were pretty mottled and flimsy. The toiletries were so so, but since we also brought our own it was no biggie, But the soap pallets, were just that, pallets which melt to nothing in a few uses. Otherwise, no complaints, the owners were very helpful in staying in touch options and loved visiting a perfect little close to the beach condo for our purposes. Thank you!!

Condo was clean, pretty and plenty of space. Everything was provided for us and Tricia was very helpful at checking. We just had a miscommunication problem with e mail info. We felt safe, comfy, in a good location, and beds were very nice. I played around with some decorating that was fun. That is just my nature. We would definitely rebook through this company. Owner left messages for us which was very personal touches. Thank you for an extraordinary time

Wonderful Villa
We had a wonderful stay and was pleasantly surprised with how perfect it was. There was everything we needed for our days on the beach and the location couldn’t be better. This location is perfect for families. The beach is a short walk across the street and the shops at Coligny Plaza have all you need and more. We will absolutely be back again and again!

The owners gave all the info you could need in a convenient welcome package. This was my first time using a VRBO and I was alittle nervous about it at first but with this property there is really nothing to worry about. The beach is a short walk which was convenient because more than once we forgot something and had to walk back. Highly recommend this place!

HHI Family Trip
The condo overall was excellent. Everything controlled by the owners - no complaints. Nicely decorated, clean, great location, had everything we needed, and a decent amount of space for our family of 4. One thing I’d note is the twin beds are very high off the ground as an FYI for families with smaller kids. This was okay for our 4 year old but not so much for our 2 year old. Though a pack-n-play does fits nicely in that bedroom. I do wish there was a warning of the tight parking spaces/size of vehicles that can be parked in the designated spots. The entire parking lot is a tight space with not much room to maneuver large vehicles. It’s possible but just needs pointed out. This is a first floor unit and with that you will hear the walking and droppings of unit above you. We couldn’t hear much noise such as tv, conversations, etc. from the unit above aside from the floor noise which was doable. The pool was great - warm and clean. Never too busy. I would recommend this condo to others and would even come back ourselves.
