This was the second time my wife and I have stayed at The Westin! Loved it the first time and loved it this time. There was renovations going on in the lobby area but that is only going to make the stay more enjoyable in the future. The staff was excellent, the property was well kept and the amenities were exceptional. From the pools to the bars and restaurants to the beautiful beach scene we could not ask anything more and have made it an annual tradition to visit.

This property was overall nice.This is my second time visiting this property. A bit dated in some aspects but overall well kept. Rooms were a good size and were clean. There is parking in front of property as well as an underground parking lot area so ample parking for visitors. Property is family friendly. Not very relaxing for adults as there were a lot of kids running around and at the pool.

We were there for a two night stay and it was nice. There's a decent amount of space around the three pools and access to the beach is easy. Be aware though that the resort fee does not cover chair/umbrella rentals on the beach, so either bring your own or be prepared to pay extra. The restaurants on the property had good food and large portions, but you're paying for the convenience of not needing to go elsewhere. We had a maintenance issue in our room that was quickly resolved, and all the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at the resort. The staff was great, food was wonderful and the resort and room was clean. We just had an issue with our air conditioner in our room. It was inconsistent with keeping the room cold at night. We will be going back next year.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful resort in Hilton Head Island, and it was an unforgettable experience. We were impressed by the variety and quality of the cuisine, and every meal was a delight. Our room was immaculate, with pristine cleanliness and comfortable amenities. Room service was prompt and the food delivered was both quick and tasty, making our stay even more convenient. One of the highlights of our trip was the spa, which provided a wonderful and relaxing experience. It was the perfect place to unwind and rejuvenate. We also took advantage of the resort's bike rentals and explored the scenic bike paths surrounding the area. The trails were beautiful and offered a great way to enjoy the natural beauty of Hilton Head Island. Overall, our stay at this resort was fantastic, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

We loved the comfy clean rooms-especially the fluffy pillows. We also liked how easy access to the beach and pool were. The staff was super friendly in the gift shop and when we asked for some extra towels (in our room, not the pool/beach towels.)

Beware this hotel charges for alot of unnecessary fees. Carpet in hallways smells very bad it needs to be taking up. And also will not allowed u to check in early or check out late. It’s all a bunch of bull crap.

Birthday getaway
My daughter and I celebrated her 27th birthday! The hotel was very nice! Beds were very comfortable. The only issue we had was how far the elevator was from the lobby and the elevator was small. Not much management can do about that. Overall we loved it and will definitely come back!
