My Happy Place
This home is everything that the listing says, and more. We rented this home 2 years ago, when it was brand new, and it was so nice to return and find it is just as wonderful as remembered. Great location, easy walk/ ride to the beach, Salty dog or Harbor town. Extremely clean and well cared for. Enjoyed every night on the huge screened porch, playing games, listening to wildlife. Porch was also our favorite gator watching area! Deborah , the manager, was great to work with. Easy check in… even got in a little early. So sad to leave… but already booked for next year!

Family Early Fall Vacation
This property is excellent, well equipped with everything you need including beach toys, pool toys, and kitchen supplies. The few downsides are lack of mirrors in the house. The only ones are over the bathroom sinks which made it very hard to apply makeup and to check your overall reflection. There were a few problems with bugs, but management responded quickly with an exterminator. A few of the beds were not as comfortable as you would want, needing either new mattresses or mattress covers, especially the ones in the main floor master and the upstairs twin beds. However, we would definitely revisit this property again. Overall, it was great in comparison to other properties we've rented.

Amazing Home
We were absolutely thrilled with our stay! Beautiful home. Great location. Ample space. Walking distance to the beach and Salty Dog. The back porch, pool area, views, and wildlife were breathtaking. IF YOU ARE AFRAID OF ALLIGATORS, this might not be the place for you. However, we loved seeing them swim in the pond in the mornings/evenings and sunbathing on the ledges. The home has just about everything you need in the kitchen and for the beach. The beach cart was an added bonus. I deducted a star for cleanliness as we found a few areas in the home that were missed by the cleaning staff. Honest mistake for how large of a home it is. Although we did not have any children on this trip, the house is stocked with board games and other various games for the kids and adults to play, along with pool/beach toys. Some suggestions for the property: Include bike rentals and parking pass in with the rental. Not too big of an issue, but convenient. This is our sixth year on the island and this was the only time these items were not included with the rental property. Lastly, Deborah Boyd (Property Manager) was excellent with communication before and during our stay. Five stars for her! All-in-all, we would stay here again!

Awesome house with plenty of space!
Our large, extended family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house in Sea Pines! This is the third house we have rented on HHI within the last 5 or so years, and we all agreed it was the best house yet! We had ages ranging from 6 months to 70 years old, and the two living spaces was key. The pool was wonderful and the heated hot tub was a must! We did see the alligator in the pond nearby, but even with a 3.5 and 5.5 year old, we never felt unsafe as long as we knew not to bother it. Deborah, the property manager, was very responsive to any needs we had and was willing to bring a colander within a couple of hours when we were unable to find one in the kitchen. The pool was cleaned on Wednesday, which was a nice plus. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable house on Sea Pines for your next family vacation, you will not at all be disappointed if you book this one. We can’t wait until we can return and stay here again!!

Beautiful, spacious house in a great location
The house is located in a quiet location in Sea Pines, just a short walk from the beach. The home is spacious, clean, and well-kept. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare a family meal. We spent a lot of time at the pool and in the outdoor living space, watching the herons.

Gorgeous house/pool near the beach!
A 1/2 mile to the beach (boardwalk 19 or 20) meant easy to bike or walk. Perfect distance to South Beach marina (<1 mile) and other shops (1.5miles).

Fabulous For Large Families
Six bedrooms, eight baths and high end amenities in a superb location. Pool, spa, inflatable rafts, everything you can think of in a kitchen, open concept, beautiful furniture, luxurious showers, wine cooler, two full-size refrigerators and close to the beach. Communication with the property manager before arrival and during our stay was excellent! Our grandkids loved the bunk room which slept five.

Family time
A great location from which you can enjoy Hilton Head Island. The property is fabulous. Large family areas, fantastic kitchen, an enormous butler's pantry with second full size refrigerator plus sink and granite top to prepare lunches etc. Bedrooms are all large and very comfortable. The pool area is much larger than the photographs display. There was an alligator that was very interested in our family's activities but he / she stayed in their pond and we stayed out of it!! If you are thinking of a large family gathering on Hilton Head Island 60 S. Sea Pines should be on your short list.

Beautiful home with pond views
We really enjoyed the home. The house was the cleanest we've stayed in. It was convenient for my parents having master on the first floor and didn't have to do multi-level stairs. The kids room was perfect for even older teenage boys to have a space of their own to spread out. Tons of storage in the kitchen with 2 sinks, plenty of food prep space, 2 refrigerators and a pantry. Decor was beautiful and the screened in porch was used all day. The pool was very nice with a sun deck with a spot for an umbrella. There isn't one on property and would suggest bringing one. There isn't shade during the heat of the day. I would warn families with young kids or dogs that the backyard was beautiful, but very intimidating with 2 large gators. You could stand in the pool and see them in the pond. We didn't have any issues, but coming from Ohio having them so close was concerning. We would love to stay again.

This home was the perfect place for our family getaway! Great location, great amenities and plenty of space for our group of 11. Prefect for a Large Family Vacation
We were thrilled with both the property and it's location. The pictures and description do not do it justice. This was our first trip to HHI, and it did not disappoint in any way. Our proximity to the beach (10 minute walk/3 minute bike ride) was perfect for our group who range in age from 1-1/2 to 66. The walking/biking path right outside the door took us most places we wanted to visit. The house was immaculate and well appointed. There were more than enough rooms for our group of ten and plenty of organized storage space. We were able to spend time together but also have space for quiet when needed. The house was well-stocked with most, if not all, of the essentials needed for our stay. The property manager was in touch regularly prior to our visit, which happened to be when Hurricane Ian was threatening to affect the island and our stay. During our stay, she was always responsive to any questions and more than happy to address any minor issue or answer any questions. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone planning a visit especially with a large group. We will definitely be looking to stay again on our next visit to HHI.

Perfect for a Large Group
This home is very spacious and well appointed to create memories with your family at Sea Pine HHI. We enjoyed the kitchen, screened in patio and view of the pond. The pool and hot tub are layer perfectly for morning sun and plenty of shade during the peak hours for sun and heat. Hope to go back next year. Owner and property manager are both very responsive and thoughtful in their communications. Highly recommend this home for your next family or large group vacation.

This property was absolutely gorgeous- we never wanted to leave! It was immaculately clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we possibly needed. The two laundry rooms were amazing and worked perfectly for our family. Everything about the house was perfect and we would love to stay again!

Absolutely the best!
Cannot say enough good things about this home! Both the owner and manager extremely responsive with the 2 very minor issues we had ( new construction things😂) We have been coming to Sea Pines for the last 18 years, and have rented many different homes in different areas. This was by far our best experience. The home is in a great location, beautiful inside and out, and with the best stocked kitchen we have ever had! The butlers pantry with a second full size fridge and open storage was a great help, and we made use of it all! The house has 2 beautiful masters, and the huge screened in porch was where we spent every night, playing games and enjoying spectacular views over the water in both directions 8 minute walk to the beach, 3 minute bike ride. About 10 minute ride to South Beach, 20 to Harbor town. The wildlife watching was a favorite past time, gators, birds, frogs.. the kids loved it. Thanks for sharing this beautiful home with us,
