Saltwater is gentler on your body and clothing. Saltwater hot tubs are gentler than traditional chlorine hot tubs. There is no harsh chlorine smell. You won't have that chlorine smell plus the water is softer. It does not burn your eyes in the same way as the ocean, it is more like your own tears.

Recently remodeled by the island’s best builder, the home is beautifully decorated and feels like it was built just for you! With the capacity to sleep 12-14 (soon to sleep 18) people in almost 10,000 square feet - it remains one of the best choices for large families or small groups on Hilton Head Island. With a brand new open-concept cook’s quality kitchen, our guests have an enjoyable alternative to dining out.

It boasts multiple, oceanview decks for dining and entertainment. Our one of a kind, 2400 square foot rooftop deck can accomodate 8 tables to sit 64 people for private parties/dinners/small weddings and features breathtaking views by day (star deck by night) that takes oceanfront living to a whole new level! The rooftop deck overlooks the pool below and the Atlantic Ocean. Entertaining is a pleasure at this house which includes a separate billiards/game room with its own wet bar, beverage coolers, counter space and ice maker! There are plenty of cookware, dishes, and utensils provided. We also offer plenty of foil, saran wrap, baggies, spices/oils/vinegar/coffee & tea for the week, creamers/sugars...

Of the six bedrooms, you will have 3 king beds, 4 queen beds (including sleeper sofa), 2 full beds to sleep 18 people. There are 5 full baths. Each bedroom has its own, in-room, private, full bathroom and 4K Samsung smart TV’s. The bedrooms on the ground level (that have 1 queen and 1 full) share 1 full bathroom. Perfect for parents with small children that are scared to sleep alone in a new place…or for siblings, or 2 couples etc

Enjoy a fully catered or DIY Lowcountry Oyster Roast with our oceanfront oyster pit in the backyard! Wonderful Stay
Beautiful house, great location, lots of stairs, but has everything you could ever ask for. Our vacation was an absolute success! Our entire family came in and it covered the needs of every single family member. My husband and I LOVED the private master suite and the bar/game room. I basically lived in the pool and the hot tub and the beach front location was perfect for an easy and private walk down for sunrise, sunset, and beach days! After multiple vacations in Hilton Head, this was the best experience so far for access to the bike paths, stores and shops, restaurants, the dinner cruises, harbor town, and the beach, just to name a few fun things. Thank you Liberty, what a great place!

Family Vacation
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay on HHI. The house was great for us; plenty of room to gather together & separate areas to spread out when desired. We've rented a number of houses over the years, but never had one as well provisioned as this. Much appreciated as it saved us from lugging along so many of the little odds & ends. The amenities provided are extensive. And Liberty is fantastic: responsive, great communications and very impressive info provided on the house as well as vacationing on Hilton Head.

Family time
This house was perfect for our 8 adults and 7 children. It was the best equipped house that we’ve rented. The game room, pool, decks and ocean front location made for a fun time for all of us. There were plenty of pool toys and beach equipment. We have many wonderful memories of South Forest Beach and would come again.

This place was great. There were plenty of rooms for everyone to be comfortably. The large deck on the second level was a great gathering place, could hear music from he Marriott with happy hour, or it was great for coffee in morning The kitchen was stocked with every utensil you would need, we were group of 10 and never lacked anything. The grill was great on the deck we cooked and had several meals on the deck, always a breeze and comfortable Large game room was great for family to gather and play pool, cards etc. There were plenty of beach chairs, and beach towels . Pool was also great when we came up from beach, lot of pool floats . The pool and hot tub received alot of use it was nice The bike trail access was at end of driveway, so easy to go biking. The property manager was the best, always responded and helpful For a family of 10 and I heard no complaints it was a great place for a large group The location was close to restaurants, and shops ,could easily walk or bike Wouldn’t hesitate to come back everyone had a great time

Sea Breeze: Best Ever
This property was perfect for us. The 12 of us were very comfortable the entire time. The amenities were exceptional! All you need is your swimsuit and clothes. The extra space of this property was also exceptional. Property manager, Liberty Bumpus was very accommodating. The top deck is wonderful with a constant “Sea Breeze”. Best VRBO we have ever used!

Paradise at 5 Alder
Where do I begin? Simply perfect in every way! Liberty was so expedient in answering any questions! She is truly a joy to work with. She feels like my long lost sister. The house was extremely clean! Beds were the most comfortable ever. Everyone in our group said so. In fact, all of the furniture is in great condition and very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. In fact , my daughters boyfriend even made Beef Wellington and we enjoyed it up on the rooftop deck. The views from there are stunning. Being right beside the Marriott We enjoyed the live music during happy hour in our own private setting. We loved how spacious the grounds were and hoe private the sleeping quarters were within the house. We had the pool heated which was perfect! We utilized every inch of all the refrigerators which was awesome to have. Beach chairs and wagon was used every day! Coffee and wine was drank out on the boardwalk deck! I would definitely stay there again…even our two dogs enjoyed it! The yard is nice and big and did not seem to mind the beach goers walking to the beach on the path beside the house. I felt like I was at my home. It didn’t feel like a rental at all. I am somewhat of a hotel snob so that is speaking volumes! Thank you for opening up your home to us. I do have to say that besides the beach, the game room was our favorite space. And had we known Frank was a Michigan State Fan we would have brought something Ohio State to place up on the memorabilia shelf…LOL! Oh well…maybe next time! I have fallen in love with Hilton Head! See you again soon!

The property was perfect- my husband and I rented it with our 3 grown children and their partners also our grandchild. Everything was there that we needed and location was excellent right next to the Marriott. Liberty, the property manager was excellent and went above and beyond for everything we could need! Awesome week
Loved this property. Everyone had enough private space to be comfortable and enough community space to visit and play. The beach is right there, the pool which we had heated and was so worth it with the 2 liitle people especially. The game room was the go to place every evening. The bike paths which started right at the driveway were great for everyone. Liberty was very helpful and responded within minutes to every inquiry. Hope to return to this awesome spot.

We had a wonderfully perfect week at 5 Alder Lane. We had beautiful accommodations, fantastic beach access, a great manager and an incredible family vacation. I rate this property A+++ !!! This is a great property for couples and/or families that would like individual space. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Wonderful amenities as well. The outside areas are also a huge bonus, especially the upper deck. Liberty was also delightful. So responsive, sweet and just lovely to work with. You don't find that kind of personal attention often in a rental property! We hope to return some day!

Amazing getaway
I cannot say enough about both the property and the host. The setup of the property is great in that there are 3 separate spaces that are connected by a stairwell. If you are traveling with a large group, there is both plenty of room for everyone, and sufficient privacy as well. So much thought was obviously put into the offerings of the property, and the yard is absolutely massive. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

BC visits Hilton Head
4 couples enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. The location is perfect, and everyone has plenty of space. There are so many amenities provided that you really do only need to bring your clothes and golf clubs! We cooked in a couple of nights and the kitchen was well stocked. We did have some issues with the property. Liberty is terrific, responsive and kept us informed of resolutions of the issues. She really is on top of everything, a great communicator! We already reserved our week for 2022 which I think says it all!

Fall Vacation
The accommodations were more than enough for our annual fall family vacation to the beach. We range in age from 7 to 81, and there was a space for everyone. The kids loved the pool and toys provided, the grandparents enjoyed the private deck looking out at the beach and ocean. We had a week of gorgeous weather, and Liberty was very helpful and accommodating!

Family wedding week
We spent the week at 5 Alder Lane with family celebrating our son's wedding just two houses down. We had a wonderful time with family and friends. The property was lovely, the yard perfect for a family gathering and the beach was perfect. The house was spacious and stocked with everything we needed. The property manager Liberty answered our calls and come to the house as needed. She was most attentive and made our stay feel like being at home! Our family will return!
