Layout of this professionally decorated home- On the kitchen/living room level there is a Queen bedroom with attached full bathroom. Next floor up has a large King suite with full private bathroom with large shower, and on the opposite side of the hall are two queen bedrooms with a full bathroom on one side. Top floor has a two queen beds in the room and on the opposite side of hall is the bunk room containing 6 Full beds set up as three full bunk beds.
After a long day at the beach, golfing, Tennis, fishing, walking the nature trails, lounge by your own Private FREE Heated Pool- Relaxing with Family and Friends, listening to the lake fountain as it shimmers on the lagoon. Have dinner out on the town and enjoy the nightlife that Hilton Head and Bluffton has to offer!

**Pre Booking Information: Your Host lives next door. If you need anything please ask! No Smoking, illegal items, No Block Parties, **Pool is heated up to 85 degrees as long as the outdoor temperature is above 60. If outdoor temperature falls below- the water can loose some heat .
