Our studio villa is in the beautiful Bluff Villas complex in Sea Pines, Hilton Head Island. It is where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Calibogue sound. Sit on the quiet sound beach and watch the sea life, or walk a few steps to meet the Atlantic ocean.

Sleeps up to 4 (max 2 adults) in one queen bed and one sofa bed.

The villa is located on the second floor, with parking just outside the unit. It has been recently updated with new flooring and layout.

Our 452 sf unit provides the following amenities:

Convenient parking is available in front of the villa. Parking passes are $22 per car for a weekly pass and must be paid at the gate.

** Community pool (closed for 2024). The pool is located at the South Beach marina by the Salty Dog.
Pool passes can be purchased directly at the pool. The pool season is May 2 – October 31 (weather permitting) and the pool is open 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM daily, Memorial Day through Labor Day and after Labor Day, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM daily. Daily passes are $15 for 1 person or $40 for up to 5 people. Weekly passes are $50 for one person or family pass of $85 for up to 5 people.

Bluff Villas are at the tip of Sea Pines in South Beach, the southernmost portion of Hilton Head Island. You can walk across the parking lot to the famous Salty Dog restaurant. In that shopping area, you will find indoor and outdoor restaurants, ice cream and pizza stands, a small shop for foodstuffs and other necessities, shops, a playground, and our community pool.

Sea Pines offers miles of walking and biking trails, two marinas, multiple golf courses including the PGA Tour Habour Town links course, light house, horse stables, forest preserve, water sports, restaurants and shops, and more. Hilton Head Island offers even more amenities - more golf courses, tennis, theaters, restaurants, shopping, parks, music venues, and more.

Wonderful stay in a lovely studio
This studio space was very comfortable and clean. It was in the perfect location for what we wanted to do during our trip. The view of the sound from our unit was beautiful and a super quick walk to the beach. The property manager was easy to communicate with and answered any questions really quickly. We would highly recommend this space and would stay here again.

Great Property, Great Host, Great Experience
The property was super nice and convenient. We were able to park directly in front of the building entrance. Everything was clean and tidy in the studio. It was amazing all the features there. We used the induction cooktop and coffee pot for making breakfast. There is a dishwasher, and a full-size refrigerator. The Smart TV enabled us to see some streaming shows we thought we would miss. The furniture was comfortable. The view of a park, the beach, the sound, Daufuskie Island, and sunsets was beautiful! We walked easily to enjoy the beach. We biked on the beach one day and saw a Dolphin swimming about five feet from the shoreline! The property is adjacent to The Salty Dog Cafe property, so we just biked through the parking lots to visit. One could easily walk there. It was my fault, but I had trouble getting in initially and the host was very gracious, helpful, and generous. They gave us a gift to use at a restaurant for my mistake! What a nice gesture and it was not expected or needed. They are just nice people. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay, and I would highly recommend this property and its hosts.

Awesome stay!
The property was very nice, and clean! The beach is very beautiful -after the tide! The island area was very nice , and beautiful too! Trolley transportation was good- however I do wish we had rented a car to be able to explore further out and on our own.

Nice but very small
Really nice property, short walk to the beach, nice area for outdoor activities and good restaurants nearby. Even though it's a studio and we do acknowledge that they show it as being a smaller unit, the queen size bed was just too small for two tall adults to be comfortable (plus this was a father/son trip) and the sleeper sofa was not comfortable. On line it looked like the doorwall pictured in the living room would lead to a nice little outdoor area to sit and enjoy being outside but it mearly opened to let in fresh air with no place to go out to....our mistake as they didn't say it was a balcony. Just something we were hoping to have in this unit.

Long way from busy parts of the island
Small space like a hotel rm with kitchen but just fine for two! It’s almost to the end on the southern tip of the island… quiet and calm. It was a long way to most restaurants as we didn’t bring food to prepare in the little studio but with a better plan that would be fine. Wish it had a balcony… we would have loved to sit and look at the water through the trees and park across the street! Nice view from our window. Beautiful area and lovely place to walk or ride bikes. We could walk to bike rental in a jiffy. Can walk to the beach fast as well… just across street.

Perfect location for a short stay
Visiting a friend for just a few days by myself but wanted to stay in Sea Pines with easy beach access. This studio was just perfect. Had everything I needed plus some. The location was wonderful with beach access across the street and a water view. I’ll be looking to stay here again the next time I visit!

Great for couples
The villa is small but perfect for couples. It has everything you need for an easy vacation. It is clean with nice furnishings, and although on the 2nd floor, has only a few steps up as the 1st floor is partially below grade from the parking area. The view from the room is of the beach access across a small road. And as it is on the 2nd floor, you can see the water from the room. It is well-kept with lots of lighting. The host set it up well for the modern traveller with many charging points for the electronics. The area around the villa is our favorite part of the island. Sea Pines is quiet with lots of biking trails and access to the beach in many places. There are also points of interest that are easy to visit. The Forest Reserve is a great place to explore. Harbortown is nearby with lots of shops and the lighthouse. The villa complex is next to the Salty Dog restaurant and shops, and bike rentals are available, too. The Sea Pines area requires a pass to enter and is patrolled by it's own security force so it feels more secure than other parts of the island. The pass is $22 for a week and not included with the rental. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Bluff Villas and can't wait to come back for our next trip.

Great place and location
This property is a great jumping off spot for the island. You can get the best of the sound views and close proximity to the beach. The villas are quiet and the views are beautiful. The condo was well stocked with everything you need. Very comfortable bed and couch. It’s a perfect spot for couples!
