There is a private bedroom with a Queen Bed and a built-in bunk bed in common area of bedroom which is perfect for children and a sleeper sofa. Quick 1 minute walk to beach and largest beach pool on Hilton Head. The elevator is close by for easy access. The villa is nice and clean with tile throughout. . Updated kitchen with white cabinets, island bar, stove, microwave, full size refrigerator and dishwasher, This vacation villa has everything you would expect to get in a vacation rental with a fully stocked kitchen and bed & bath linens included. Ride bikes on the beach or on the miles of bike trails around Hilton Head Island.

Quick trip
We had a blast on our little quick trip before we head back to school and work. The location of this unit was on point. Building C will get you in closer proximity to all the resorts perks. However, the campus is an easy walk at any unit tbh. If I had to squeeze a negative it would the no wash/dryer and bring all your own condiments. Other than those petty things it’s worth the stay.

Second time staying at this condo, the location is perfect n the top floor at the end of the building . As an end unit the condo had additional windows and is this airy and feels spacious. It is a perfect space for a couple or family with small kids. The kitchen has everything you need and then some. We love the easy access to the beach and pool. The restaurant on site is a great feature. We will rent again.

My family and I stayed here for a total of 12 days and 11 night and we had an absolute wonderful time! The check-in process was extremely easy, and the communication with the property manager was prompt and seamless. We are originally booked for 9 days and 8 nights. My family and I loved it so much we decided we wanted to stay longer. I sent an email to see if the condo was still open for the next couple of days, and with a matter of seconds, my family was booked another couple of days. The kitchen was very well stocked with many different kitchen gadgets to use, including a Keurig coffee maker. We have stayed at many different condos, even in the same complex, and this one by far has the most equipped kitchen. The bed in the main room was extremely comfortable and again we have stayed in other rooms in the same complex that we’re nowhere near as comfortable as this. I also really enjoyed it the fact that they had night lights in every room, which helped my family, navigate in the middle of the night without having to turn on all of the lights, such as getting to the bathroom. I think the only con I can come up with is that the couch in the living room is not a pull out sofa couch. However, the listing did say it only slept for, and that there was not a pull out sofa. All in all my family 100% enjoyed our stay, and would definitely book this condo again.

The property is in a good location and the property manager was prompt in addressing a blown fuse issue the first day we were there. It is good for two adults but would be too small for anyone else. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property as a good alternative to staying at a hotel.

Great place to stay! I would however check the door lock. We had to almost slam the door to keep make it shut all the way. We were very appreciative for the red wagon that was provided as well. This was a very nice property and would recommend others to stay as well.

Light and airy just steps from the beach beach on Hilton Head
We loved this 3rd floor corner unit (building with elevator). As corner unit it has additional windows and an airy balcony with a nice ocean view. The condo is spotless clean, well decorated and the kitchen is equipped with anything you can think of and then some. And we love the beach and racket club with all the amenities and ramp access to pool and beach. The bunk beds are a great addition but meant for smaller kids only.. We will rent again for sure.
