The beautiful and serene views of the ocean and incredible sunsets. This villa has been remodeled to today standards of what guests want for a beach get away. Perfect for a couple, however there is a pull out sofa for additional 2 people.

Very nice condo! Excellent response from property management to inquiries. Would have been nice to have beach towels provided since most guests would not travel with this item, Condo was very clean. Only complaint was softness of the mattress, but this may be a personal preference. Loved the balcony and ocean view!

Property was modern, clean and well maintained. Had a small communication issue with the VRBO reservation but the property manager quickly took care of the problem. Property is perfectly located near the beach and also close to the venues and restaurants we wanted to visit. This was our second trip to Hilton Head and we stayed in the same condo complex. We are planning a third trip, and we are looking forward to coming back to this same property.

Seaside villas 2: September 6-14
My husband and I came back to Hilton Head this year after making our first trip there together in 2022. We stayed at Seaside Villas 1 last year and Seaside Villas 2 this time. Needless to say, we will be back again next year! This condo did not disappoint. The view was beautiful and the location perfect. I may be a bit critical in regards to cleanliness, and I was therefore a little disappointed about the cleanliness when we arrived. The stove was dirty and there was dirt/old food on the floor. Thankfully there was a broom in the condo and I was able to tidy up quickly. I appreciated that we did not have to carry around a key to the condo and instead entered using a key pad with the code provided to us on the day of the reservation. I liked that the condo provided chairs for the beach, but only one of them was a beach chair, the other a sports chair, so not particularly comfortable for my husband but we still appreciated the chairs. Our condo last year did provide bikes which was a plus, so we will probably try to rent one with bikes next year. The communication for this site was great. Thank you for a great stay!

My husband I visited Hilton Head to celebrate our 25th Anniversary. I felt the location was perfect. We walked the beach and sometimes the roadside to the tiki hut which was just under 10 minutes. 10-15 minute walk got you to numerous shops and restaurants. Grocery store was right there too. We spent most days on the beach, which was beautiful. I felt like we weren’t right in the middle of everything, but just right next to it. We wanted to visit Savannah on our anniversary and it took us just under an hour to get there. That was a nice day trip. The condo was the perfect size for a couple and I’m sure a family with two kiddos. We would definitely stay here again!
