The Spa at Port Royal is a hidden jewel on the island. It is like having your own private beach and it is so peaceful and beautiful. The view of the Sound from porch and the primary bedroom. The landscaped courtyard with lagoon and fountains is unbeatable, especially for the price.

This condo is Located on the second floor (stairs only-no elevator) in building one for the best view of the water. The outdoor porch is equipped with high top chairs and table, best for enjoying the beautiful sunrises and soothing sunsets.

The complex is on the ocean on the Port Royal sound with a natural tidal beach.

It is a beautiful beach for sitting, sunbathing, relaxing, strolling, beach combing and bike rides. The beach is SO private with no crowds. Public beaches are only a 5 minute drive from the condo with public parking.

Sleeps 4:
Master bedroom have a super comfortable king size bed with views of the ocean. 2nd bedroom has super comfortable Queen size bed, Linens and blankets are provided.

The kitchen is stocked with a plates, drinkingi glasses, utensils, pots and pans, toaster, 12 cup drip coffee filters provided. There is also a new Keurig K-cup coffee maker. Bring your own K-cups

Quiet and Relaxing Beach Stay
Loved the quiet and relaxing stay at The Spa and Port Royal over Thanksgiving week. Our balcony view over the pool and ocean were wonderful. We loved exploring the sand and tidal pools every morning due to the extreme tidal flow exposing so much of the beach. We saw horseshoe crabs everyday! The condo was comfortable. Good sturdy furniture and not just flimsy wicker couches. Loved the comfy throw blankets we used on the couches in the evenings. The king bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Husband and I decided to stay on Hilton Head a couple of extra days and found this pace somewhat last minute. Unit was very clean, had everything we needed. Best part was the view from the front door and patio and access to the “beach” . Such an interesting location on the sound with such a swing in the tides! Very quiet complex. Ice maker in fridge makes ice like crazy! Looks like owner is making updates bit by bit. Would definitely return again. One thing not mentioned or maybe I missed it was that there was a fee for the guest pass that was required to be paid in cash.

We had some difficulty getting out of our home north of Asheville and to Hilton Head due to Hurricane Helene. Our host was very gracious and helpful and we were able to make it. The condo was the cleanest beach property I have ever stayed in. It is very nicely decorated in neutral tones and the furniture is kept very clean. The condo has been updated and has newer appliances and the kitchen was very comfortable to cook in. Even the balcony has tile instead of carpet or fake grass. We enjoyed the view of the water. Even though you can't really swim there and have to drive to a public beach, you are able to walk a long way down the beach and you are mostly surrounded by nature instead of 100's of other condos. I would rather stay in this condo due to its peaceful and beautiful location than stay at a beachfront that has no abiance.

Beautiful views, we really loved being on the sound. So quite and peaceful. The complex is really nice and clean. The room was as described, had everything that you needed. Loved being able to sit on the balcony and look at the water and watch planes fly over since it's close to the airport. Look forward to coming back again.

A very nice condo. Quiet and relaxing and close to the water. A great view from the balcony as well. Nicely furnished and comfortable beds. A couple of small problems, the blinds in the living room were missing some slats. Two of the chairs had broken bottoms. The toilet paper holders were in awkward places in the bathrooms Reflector strips needed on the steps outside. Overall a great place to stay.

Perfect condo!
I had to travel to Hilton Head for a weekend continuing education course. I was traveling alone and felt so safe at this condo. The check in was smooth and easy, the instructions were very clear, and the condo was super clean. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was perfect for eating breakfast and watching the waves. I also loved being able to walk and explore the marsh beach easily. I definitely want to come back when I don’t have to be in class all day!

Great Girls Weekend!!
We had a great time this past weekend at the condo! It looked just like the pictures! It was clean, well stocked and very convenient to nearby restaurants, shopping, etc. The views from the balcony were awesome! You literally felt like you were in a tropical paradise. Having a pool and a beach practically outside the door was amazing!! The reason I only gave 4 stars was that the ceiling fan on the balcony was not working which made it impossible to sit out there due to the extreme heat and humidity! So we went to WalMart and bought a tabletop fan. We didn’t want to not enjoy the views which is one of the best features of the condo. All in all it was a great trip!!

Secluded area of HHI
The condo was on the north side of the island and away from all the crowds but close enough to all the activities/restaurants the island has to offer. The beach was nice since there was not a lot of people. The only down fall was the ocean wasn’t facing the Atlantic Ocean technically and a lot of oyster shells so recommend having water shoes if you want to walk in the water. The condo outside scenery was beautiful and like having multiple pool options. Overall great place to stay and we will be back
