Family Trip back to ROC
We had to make some last minute travel plans to support family. The host was very accompanying and the cottage was very cute and perfect for our family. The lake and firepit was a great reprive after a long day.We would definitely stay there again!

Cozy home and beautiful view
We had a very nice stay here on a return trip from Cooperstown. Check in was super easy, the house was very clean. Communication with the owner was excellent. We had a few questions and our messages were returned right away. The only issue I would make note of is that there is no central air. There is a window ac unit upstairs and a portable unit that can be vented outside through a downstairs window. We had perfect, comfortable summer days with evenings in the 50s-60s, but one day was upper 80s and the house was pretty stuffy. Maybe if we had run the units all day if would have helped. When sun went down we opened windows and breeze was cool again. I only mention this because it could be an issue if you are sensitive to heat. Otherwise, it is a lovely place to stay and enjoy the lakeview. We visited a nearby state park for more of a beach setting and it was very nice. Not overly crowded at all. We recommend the Blue Barn Cidery and Freshly Blended Smoothies. Very nice home and quiet towns near the lake.

Sister Girls Weekend
My sister and 2 adult nieces really enjoyed our stay. We traveled to Letchworth and Chimney State Parks for beautiful hikes which were about an hour from the VRBO. Local Craft beers, wineries, hard cider, farmers markets, food and ice cream did not disappoint. Sunrise's and sunsets are stunning! Shuffle board and fire pit were a great wind down at the end of the day.

Relaxing by the Lake
We enjoyed stopping at this home for a few days while traveling across the state to visit family. It was a great place to relax and enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets, paddle boards on the water, and simple games and activities. We also found the area to have several interesting places to visit and eat within 15 minutes in different directions. You cannot beat the location of this home, we will be returning next year. :)

Quiet, Peaceful Neighborhood
Michelle was a wonderful host with excellent communication. The home was as pictured with thoughtful touches. The shuffleboard was a fun addition. We particularly enjoyed the two living room spaces- the kids could watch their morning cartoons while we read in the other living room. My husband particularly loved the oversized couch, which was very comfortable. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Unfortunately (and completely out of control of the owners), an algae bloom (+tested HAB) occurred a few days before our arrival so we were not able to enjoy the water out back other than by sound & sight. With it came no-see-ums that were out of this world, but we learned after the first night to shut all the windows the second the sun went down and they weren’t overly bothersome after that. We brought bug spray with us and the bugs did not deter us from seeing some stunning sunsets. We enjoyed the quiet location, on the outskirts of Rochester. Took a day trip to Niagara Falls (about an hour and 20 minutes away), spent a day at the Strong Museum of Play (about 25 minutes away- and worth more than a day!), a boat ride on the Sam Patch in Pittsford through the Erie Canal Lock 32 (about 20 minutes away) and there was a great mini golf place in Greece (about 15 minutes away). Cell service for us was minimal and occasionally SOS (AT&T), however we found the Wi-Fi to be strong and reliable. This is a great location for a peaceful getaway, while being reasonablyclose to everything.

So our son gave this trip to his dad for Christmas. They planned a stay and fishing on Lake Ontario. They absolutely loved the place. The views were incredible! The communication with the owner was awesome.

3 night Lake Ontario Stay
My first time ever staying at a VRBO property, and it was excellent. Exactly what we were looking for - cozy and inviting home decor. Loved hearing the waves every night as we went to sleep. My 8 year old loved the telescope, and looking to the horizon with it. Plenty of space for a family stay. Good sized backyard right on the lake. House was immaculate! Perfect stay!

Loved just watching the lake from the comfort of the couch. House was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We had dinner down the street at The Dakota and enjoyed it. We stayed at this property for a long weekend to celebrate a birthday. The property location was great with amazing views of the lake and falling asleep to crashing waves. The house was decorated very nicely and had nice extras like a shuffle board, fire pit and outdoor furniture. We would definitely recommend this property and will probably visit again.

Great stay on Lake Ontario
This was a great place to stay while back home to visit family. Right on Lake Ontario which was a bit choppy the first few days but allowed us to get in and swim the last day. The best part about our stay was the owner who allowed us to get in early on the first day which really helped us get settled before the busy weekend.

We had a great rime staying here! The cottage was beautiful and perfect for whay we needed. Very convenient! We kayaked and swam and had so much fun. Also the house is just 15 min or less to several beaches as well as downtown greece for shopping and dinning. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Lake House
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. The view of the lake is amazing. The location is perfect for visiting Rochester or the parks and beaches along Lake Ontario. The house was perfect for our needs. It is very clean and comfortable with lots of space and the kitchen is well stocked. We used the firepit a few times for a relaxing evening overlooking the lake. We hope to return some day and highly recommend this cottage.

Stay for our wedding
We rented this house for the weekend of our wedding since it was close by to the venue. It was just perfect! My bridesmaids stayed with me Friday night, we got ready Saturday there and then after the wedding my husband and I stayed there again. Also, the pictures are absolutely beautiful with the water in the background! The owners were very nice and accommodating.

I drove in from Cleveland and stopped at Niagara Falls on the way here. The house is absolutely beautiful, very homey and up to date with a nice beachy vibe. There is a nice little beach out front with firm sand that is great for swimming. I loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves each nights and watching the sunset. The house is in a quiet cozy community with a nearby quaint village for groceries and eating out. Rochester is only 20 minutes away if you want to get out and visit the zoo or High Falls. A great vacation destination without being too touristy, I would definitely stay here again.
