The hotel is close to shopping restaurants and entertainment. Staff is friendly and professional. The night we checked into our hotel the room was not as clean as we expected it to be. However, the next morning we asked housekeeping to freshen up the room while we were out. When we arrived back the room was cleaner than when we arrive.

With three hotels in the area it's probably the nicest one of the three. If you book through Expedia or through anyone else I would definitely call the hotel ahead of time to confirm your reservation. I had booked a room and they didn't have a record of it and it took a while but finally they straighten the problem out. Otherwise nice hotel who addressed the problem quickly.

The most important thing for us is cleanliness. Although this is a pet friendly hotel and our experience at a previous hotel as far as cleanliness is concerned was not the best, we were very pleased to stay here.

Just being harassed about my service animal in the kitchen area and the pool area by other gest and one employee about the kitchen area i tried explaining that she was exempt from the no pet policy this employee could have gotten you sued for discrimination service animals are protected by federal law.

The room smelled like Dog and my allergies flared up. I had to go to Walmart to buy cleaning products and a OZ machine for the air. The money was already taken off my card and this was the 2nd hotel I paid for that was unacceptable. We stayed outside ALL day until it was time to come in to sleep. We let the OZ machine run for about 8 hours but it stilled smelled like dog. I will never return their. I left with puffy burning eyes.
