If we compare with other capsule hotel in japan, this is not the same level of services. If you compare with hostel in south east asia, then it s a good one. It is small, and note thay you have to pay for the towel.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
I have to pay for towels, it was not mention before I made the reservation. Room super tiny, I couldn’t move. I will not recommend it.
Close to tram line stations and the peace park. Good wifi and AC (very important when the heat index is 105F/42C). The cafe doesn’t open in the morning, so you’ll have to grab breakfast elsewhere.
This place is fantastic! The bed is really comfortable and the capsule spacious. I'm 6ft 2in (1.8 metres) tall and had no problem. Great common area with loads of interesting books. Friendly staff including the gorgeous dog Otto! One minute walk to large supermarket that's open 24 hours.Ten minutes walk to Hiroshima Memorial Park and Museum. I highly recommend 36 hostel.
I’ve traveled in Japan for four weeks now staying in all sorts of places. Usually around the $30-$50 mark except for golden week in Tokyo where it was more expensive. This Place was by far the most basic. It has the bare minimum. Spaces are tiny, even the toilets and shower are small. Considering that I stayed the night before at a nearby hotel where for just $10 more I had a lovely room with en-suite bathroom and toilet, aircon, tv blow dryer etc. you get the idea.
For me this would be a no for the future.
Great atmosphere and easy going place to stay. Staff very helpful with a cute little dog that is in the reception area. Was a good place to mingle with other travellers.
I really wanted to like this hostel because the family that own it are so cute. But I really struggled. Most feedback you read is about the decor and yes it's nice but the hostel is really small and the bed was one of the most uncomfortable night's sleep I've ever had. The beds also have a wooden frame all around them which, though pretty, make it really difficult to get on the top bunk because there's no cut out. The family were really nice though and the location is good. It's fine for an overnight stay if you just want to see the key sights and then leave Hiroshima.

It was a very nice place to stay. I liked that there was a bath and shower. Most hostels I've been to here only have showers, so it's nice for that extra relaxation. Staff are friendly. Rooms are clean. It was a great deal.

Really cool and relaxing; close to peace memorial!
I arrived late but the staff made sure I was able to get in and find my bed easily. The spaces were so nice and clean and trendy, I loved every part of it. There were a great selection of books and things in the lounge and good wifi. I am so happy with my stay and will be recommending to others!!!
