I really can't criticize this hotel. It was excellent value. The rooms are quite small but that didn't bother me. The bed was really nice and comfortable. The facilities were all clean, The building is very quiet inside. The staff were so helpful. So nice! And the breakfast was excellent. I think it's a really professionally run hotel.

Esperienza eccezionale dal check-in al check-out. Stanza piccola ma confortevole e dotata di tutto, cuscini e materasso comodissimo. Bagno essenziale ma perfetto. Adequate for sleeping but cleaning could be better (urine around back of toilet, edges of carpets clearly not vacuumed). Suggest removing microwaves from laundry room as the foods some guests are cooking there make the laundry room stink. We were refused the ability to buy breakfast in the morning because it was “full” (it wasn’t - there was lots of free space). Beds a bit hard.

The room was large enough for the two of us. The twin beds were larger than most twins and were exceptionally comfortable as was the bedding itself. We purchased the breakfast buffet our first morning and it was varied enough for our taste. The staff were polite and helpful, and we especially enjoyed the breakfast room staff who were open and gregarious providing a casual, homey atmosphere. Our only real complaint is that tv was limited to Japanese stations, and dint seem to incluse
