Great stay
We had a very easy check-in with such kind and honest staff. The rooms were very clean and everything that was needed was already in the room. I would definitely visit again if my travels took us back to town.

Very nice brand new hotel
Always love finding a clean brand-new hotel which was fantastic however the HOT breakfast was cooked earlier that morning and just sat in the warmer tray and looked dried out and grose, we sat in dining area from 8:00am to 9:30 am and everyone that walked up to it would not touch it and an attendant never once came out, so unless you plan to eat at 6am, I would not pick this place just because it says hot breakfast, we stayed on a Tuesday night not a weekend so I was surprised at this..

Delightful surprise
This hotel is one of the most pleasant, quiet, comfortable, stays that I and my family have had in a long time. We travel a lot for our granddaughter’s gymnastics events, and we have stayed in a lot of hotels. But the Marriott Bonvoy was by far the best. We got a great night sleep. The breakfast bar was delicious. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. And… We were even able to bring our dog. The only negative is that we couldn’t stay longer!

The vast number of dining options, the clean and well crafted design room, not to mention the comfortable bed and bedding. Although we did not use the kitchen area, it is well stocked and ready to use. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel in Hixson
This was our second stay here. Very nice, relatively new hotel. Close to shopping and restaurants. Will stay here again when in the area. Only downside is that it is close to the train tracks and hospital. If you are a light sleeper, occasional sirens and trains may be a problem.

Avoid
First off, I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and never had an issue. This last stay ruined that record by staff allowing drugs to be used and sold on the property the employee just kept saying it's not his issue since its being done outside the doors. He should have at least notified the authorities or something but instead he stayed on his personal call and gave no care for the guest's safety.

Overall hands down best hotel stay of the Year for me however the pillow quality was terrible, they were paper thin spent most of the night adjusting them and I did not sleep well.

Left the room, it was much more than I expected. The evening, clerk, however, was a dour and unfriendly person who I even had to ask if she was having a bad day. She never once cracked a smile, and she didn’t answer me. In fact, she never said a word to me. She was the worst part of this entire state.

Front staff was friendly. Checkin and check out were a breeze. The room was very nice and very clean. Breakfast was great. Pool was nice and clean. It is extremely conveniently located to everything in hixson. We will definitely stay again.

The water pressure was so low that we couldn't take a shower the whole time we were there. I reported it to the front desk the 1st morning we were there. Nothing was ever done to fix it, and we were never contacted about the problem.

The internet problems caused a very unpleasant experience with watching TV there. (Room 209) Couldn’t use my laptop either. Lots of cereals and nuts for breakfast but the hot options were pathetic. Front desk in the evening was very nice. But overall, I was very disappointed.
