Gorgeous home in Højer with WiFi
Cozy, renovated property with a beautiful terrace.
The house has a wonderful atmosphere, which is helped not least by the pellet stove. On the first floor are the living room, kitchen, dining room, two of the four bedrooms and the bathroom and utility room. On the second floor are the remaining two bedrooms and the second bathroom of the house. The whole house is brightly decorated and has a perfect location if you want to vacation in South Jutland. The slightly lower ceiling height in the house is reflected in the age of the house as well as in various details such as the beautiful visible half-timbering in the house.
This area is a dream for ornithologists who can study great bird life here. The property is located close to many attractions. For example, in Højer you will find Northern Europe's tallest, Dutch windmill from 1857, where you can see the history of the mill and the natural and cultural history of Tøndermarsken. From the mill you have a view over the beautiful Tøndermarsk and the Wadden Sea. You should also visit Møgeltønder, where Schackenborg Castle is located. During the summer it is possible to take part in guided tours of the castle garden several times a week.
The town of Tønder is also worth a visit. Here you will find Sønderjyllands Kunstmuseum with the water tower, which has a permanent exhibition of Wegner furniture and a fantastic view of the city, Vidåen and the marshland. During the year, the city has many exciting activities to offer in the pedestrian zone, as well as many good stores and restaurants. Shopping can possibly be complemented by a trip across the Danish-German border, which is just a few kilometers from the accommodation.

Anwesen im Künstlerort Hojer
Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in diesem Reetgedeckten Haus. In der Zeit unserer Anmietung haben wir, mit Blick auf die Mühle von Hojer, in der Autoeinfahrt gesessen. Den Garten fanden wir nicht so schön, was ja bekanntlich Geschmacksache ist. Die Bett-und Duschwäsche haben wir, dann doch sicherheitshalber mitgenommen. Wir sind bis Hamburg geflogen und dann mit einem Auto weitergefahren, so daß wir dann in Deutschland noch fehlende Handtücher kaufen konnten. Darum die 2 Sterne für die Genauigkeit des Inserats.
Ein wirklich schönes Haus, das, gut belüftet, gerne wieder angemietet würde von uns, die alle unter 1.80m Größe unterschreiten.
Die Lage, mit einem Supermarkt um die Ecke, einem Becker und einem Schlachter ebenfalls in 2 Minuten Entfernung, ist wirklich gut.
Es gab keinerlei Lärmbelastung durch die Lage direkt an der Straße.
