This is second stay of this hotel in HCM. We like the location with many nice restaurants surrounded. The aircon was not cold but they quickly changed a new room for us. Wifi is not stable.

I had an amazing stay at Avanti. Staffs are very friendly and attentive. The room is neat and clean, the design is modern and it gives a luxury vibe. A big bonus is the location, it is right across the street from Ben Thanh Market.

We booked a deluxe room which had laege windows overlooking the ben thiu market. Fantastic location, so many places to eat and with the market just across the road. Didnt hear much street noise.

The air conditioning didn’t work. I called the reception at 2 am. They said it will not be necessary to send a technician because they do it over the network. Well nothing happened. Couldn’t sleep well. Asked for rebate or a free day. They denied any wrong doing. Have been at the hotel several times before. Never again!
