It isn’t exactly 5 star. For example the noise from across the road is loud! The reception staff are not very friendly, although the rest of the staff are excellent. I asked to book a facial for me but it wasn’t done. The rooftop cocktails are half price happy hour but not enough options if you drink vodka, mostly gin. The breakfast is just OK, it doesn’t seem fresh and is very hap hazard in the layout. Although the coffee is wonderful. The amenities in the bathroom are not very nice, and the sheer curtain that separates the bathroom and main room is very odd and inconvenient. The location is excellent but wouldn’t stay here again

We stayed there for two nights. The staff were very friendly and nice. I would definitely stay there again. One thing I kinda disappointed was a coffee maker. It didn't work. I asked the hotel staff TWICE to change it but they didn't. But overall, I really like this hotel.

Great place! Restaurant and pool are outstanding, and the views from the rooftop is exciting gorgeous. Staff are very professional and their service excellent.
