Second time with hotel Nikko. Staff is always friendly and great. Hotel suite was spacious and separate space for the toilet. Only critics is that wish they had a mirror and a towel rack in the toilet room. Will definitely be back for a third.

Smoke smell on non smoking floor. Nice staff. 7th time staying here. No wow gesture or being appreciated. Upper management shall get on the ground more. Just looking but not interacting will cause guest leaving . May 2025 we have a trip will not consider to be back. That’s sad. Need to train staff just apologising softly and be scare to face a problem won’t help the situation. Thank you.

Staff at the Nikko were excellent-friendly and very helpful! Staff during breakfast were excellent. Servers for the dinner buffet could be better. They forgot to do my brother’s anniversary, and asked us if we wanted to bring the cake with us when we were done. Hotel is clean and well kept. Love the purple decorated Xmas tree. We enjoyed the live music at the lounge. Overall, I would stay at the Nikko again.
