Good sized room, AC working well was a bonus. Great breakfast. despite warnings of noise, we were pleasantly surprised; city street noises but quieted down plenty of sleep. Staff was kind and accommodating.

The hotel is centrally located. As long as you pay and don't run into any issue, no problem. But if any problem comes up, don't expect management to help you. I lost all my money during one stay (no break-in). When i mention it to the (operation) manager, he assure me that he'll look into it right away, he'll investigate it immediately, and they'll find out who enter my room on that night (previous stay). Yet, never once did he ask me for any details about the incident such as what date, or time, or even what room i stayed in. Makes you wonder what is he going to investigate.

Hi Mr Rick,Thank you for staying at our hotel.Like what we talked to each other on 11/10. We acknowledge the information you said but we also need a detailed report of what happened to you (if any), we also told you that we only support when you have a report. , also directs you to report to the Police. However, we did not see any response from you after meeting.On the other hand, the incident you told us happened more than 1 week after your stay at our hotel. We consider this to be too late. So we just recorded the incident and also checked the CCTV again and found no abnormalities.As you know, our hotel makes great efforts to welcome and protect the safety of guests in the best way. The problem you have encountered is not a common occurrence at our hotel and the hotel management also does not accept all similar incidents at the hotel and does not tolerate any employee's has illegal actions. We are very sympathetic to what you may encounter at our hotel. We tried to help you, but unfortunately the result was not what you expected. Through this feedback, we hope you understand and remove the score you gave us. If you have the opportunity to come back to our hotel in this year, we will return a free room night as our heart to you. Thank you very much and hope to see you soon.
