We stayed at unit 14.05. The apartment was spacious and modern. It had good air conditioning which is important. The beds were very comfy. The location was handy and close to everything. The pool and gym were good, although some machines didn't work. The security guard in the lobby was friendly and helpful. He opened the door for us and regularly smiled making us feel welcome. The owner also has good communication throughout via WhatsApp and arranged transfers for us to and from the airport when requested.

**Hotel Review** We recently stayed at this hotel with two families (four adults and four kids) and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. Before our arrival, we confirmed our reservation via WhatsApp and even followed up the day before. However, when we arrived around 10 PM, there was no one there to greet us. The staff informed us that no rooms were available due to leaks on the top level. We were left waiting for 2-3 hours while they attempted to contact a manager. Additionally, the communication was challenging as the staff did not speak English well, making the situation even more frustrating. Eventually, we were moved to another hotel, but the hassle and delay put a damper on our trip. While the location may be appealing, the lack of organization and poor communication made this a stressful experience. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.
