Excellent property. Their Restaurant also very good. Ms.Ginny at the front desk is helpful and friendly. She went the extra mile to find vegetarian restaurants for local Vietnamese food in the vicinity. Her recommendation turned out to be superb.

Everything about the place was nice, only bad thing was that Since I stayed on floor 20, it was hard to get to my room because only one elevator went to that floor and sometimes it was hard to access unless I went to floor 19 first then tried going to 20.

Staff where friendly and helpful. The food was very average especially in the club lounge - fish half cooked, french toast from old bread rolls, fruit left out too long, tables not cleaned properly. The pool area was disappointing with no-one walking around to offer drinks or food and the prices were extremely high. There weren't enough lounge chairs. Overall not worthy of a 5 star property.

KEEP OFF PLEASE, there are better hotels
Except the front office manager, nothing was good. Right from the front office staff who duped us to upgrade and gave us the normal room on a floor where construction and heavy drilling was happening and lies that it was happening in the other building and not this, as if we were idiots, secondly housekeeping was sent in the morning despite do not disturb sign to chase us out so that they can complete the construction work. Yes the front office manager apologized and was kind and nice, I blame the hotel. This is not a Sofitel standard hotel period. This is some ordinary holiday inn express.
