The Wink Hotel was close to many tourist sites. A “grab”, similar to Uber, was easy to order using the app to get to further destinations. The breakfast was fantastic and so many delicious choices. The staff, especially Letty & Vi, went out of their way to recommend restaurants and the Mulberry Spa nearby. The Steersman Brewery was walking distance with excellent beer & food selection. The hotel’s bar was reasonably priced with friendly bar tenders.I highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding staff and welcoming reception area.

The staff here was excellent. They were very helpful even for finding me somewhere to get a new pair of glasses after mine broke. Some may complain that the rooms are small but they are well laid out. I had plenty of room to work on my laptop in the room. I’m coming back here again.

Great checkout policy
The 24 hour checkout policy was awesome. We arrived at 9pm and were staying two nights, so we didn’t need to checkout until 9pm two days after arriving. This was great, as we weren’t staring our multi day tour until the evening. It meant we could get up and eat breakfast, go tourist, have lunch, and then hang out in the air conditioned rooms in the middle of the day and not pack up to leave until 4pm. So awesome!

The staff was amazing and extremely accommodating. Our flight the next day was at 1230am and they let us stay until 6pm with no extra charge. They were friendly and went above and beyond to really made us feel comfortable. I just didnt like the hustle and bustle of the city center itself, otherwise this place is good if u dont mind those things.
