The shower is terrible! There is no door which isn't that abnormal, but the water would run into the rest of the bathroom! We had 3 towels on the entrance of the shower to prevent that! Also, we ordered room service on both nights of our stay. On day 1 there were problems with the order which they fixed, and on day 2 we didn't get the food for over 90 mins so had to call them. We didn't get charge for it in the end but if you have hungry children I suggest you don't order room service!

The only problem was the shower was leaking water through the ceiling down the wall and out of the ceiling head, As there was a light fixture in ceiling it could become dangerous, we reported the problem and there said we could shower in another room. Didn’t want to more on a late Saturday night.

This was such a beautiful location. Highly reccomend. Breakfast each morning was delicious. Staff very friendly. Parking was the only issue. $35 a night for Valet but we didn’t need a valet. Parked at different buildings which was fine but can be pricey. Would have been great to have discounted parking for self parking.

Second beast buffet breakfast we’ve ever had. Shower tile base was not correctly sloped by the tilers which created water to run into bathroom. It needs fixing! I am a renovator and it can be fixed.

We stayed at Crowne on a birthday trip to Tassie. We absolutely loved staying at the Crowne. The room was spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast was nice (especially the barista coffee). The staff was really friendly and left chocolates and a card to wish us. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 3 nights. The service from the staff was excellent. The food at the restaurant for dinner was superb! Breakfast was pretty ordinary and the coffee was really terrible. I ordered a coffee to be delivered by room service one morning I wanted a later start and it was delivered in a takeaway cup, that was unexpected, And nobody wants to be assaulted with Vittoria coffee any time of the day. The beds were double not queen. Other than those 2 things its a very convenient place to stay right in the city centre and the valet parking was very convenient. I would stay again, if the room had a queen. Theres so many other places in hobart to get fabulous breaky and coffee though

Comfortable and great service
Highly recommended. As traveller and stayed at various hotels, this is the best hotel. From service, the room, clean, comfort, breakfast, friendliness and every details were satisfaction. Definitely we will return.
