A comfortable, newly renovated 3 Bedroom apartment overlooking the 'must visit' (in)famous MONA (Museum of Old and New Art), is ideal for longer stays

Beautiful views, all through new double glazed windows, with see through sunshine blinds, along with 'black out' blinds in every bedroom, if you don't want to see the view anymore ;-)

Fully equipped Kitchen with all new appliances. USB charging points in every room.

A roomy Bathroom with large 1200 x 1000mm (48" x 39") shower, with non slip floor, grab bars and heated towel rack.

Each bedroom and living room has a Heat Pump/AC unit, so you can have the climate you want.

There is a balcony with a table for 4 and BBQ along with great views, and on most nights you should see some Aussie Wildlife.

There is a largish workspace in Master Bedroom, where you can at least look at the view, if you can't escape work.

We are 13km (8 Miles) from the Hobart City Centre, which is reachable in a realistic 20 mins. There are great places to eat closer by, in Moonah and North Hobart, along with great wineries less than 15 minutes away in the other direction.
