Seesucht Hohwacht I Beachhouse style apartment only 300m from the beach

New studio apartment in beach house style in first rental. The apartment is in a quiet location in Alt-Hohwacht, directly at the nature reserve, at the forest and is only 300m from the beach. It offers a side view of the large inland lake. The trees also look out over the Baltic Sea.

We created the apartment as an oasis of calm: it is furnished to a high standard in a beach house style with furniture from Rivera Maison. It offers 4 beds in 2 bedrooms (beds with 180 and 160 beds) and offers a reading and study room.

The highlight of the apartment is certainly the approx. 60 sqm living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen and probably the highest ceilings in Hohwacht (room height up to 5.10 m).

The apartment offers 2 sunny balconies to sit and linger, has underfloor heating in all rooms.

In addition to the shower, the bathroom offers a wellness bathtub with light therapy and sound module (via Bluetooth). Free WiFi (up to 200 Mbit / s.), Flat screen TV in the living room and all bedrooms.

A private car parking space and bicycle parking spaces directly in front of the house can of course be used free of charge.

Linen packages can be booked with pleasure (flat rate € 25.00 / stay).

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit viel Platz in ruhiger Nebenstraßenlage
Bis zum Strand sind es ca.300m, dort befinden sich verschiedene Lokalitäten und ein Supermarkt. Wenn man auf kürzestem Weg zum Strand geht, kommt man an den Natur & Hundestrand. Wer es aufgeräumter mag, der muß sich noch etwas nach rechts zur Seebrücke begeben.

Wunderbarer Urlaub mit meiner 83 jährigen jährigen Mutter. Mama hat trotz der 45 Treppenstufen die Traumwohnung geliebt. Strandhaus feeling pur dank der herrlichen Einrichtung. Traumhaft ruhig und ganz nah am Meer. Danke liebe Vermieter auch fuer das Geburtstagsgeschenk. Eine nicht selbstverständliche super liebe Geste. Ich werde nächstes Mal mit meinem Mann kommen und in dieser tollen Whg. Eine wildromantischen Zeit haben. Vielen Dank fuer die tolle Whg.

Üppig dekoriertes Appartement
Eine große Wohnung im 3. OG, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit zwei Balkonen in bester Lage. Etwas mehr Licht im Wohnraum wäre wünschenswert, die Lampen sind dekorativ, geben aber nicht genügend Licht.
