Our stay was amazing. The staff was very accomdating & quickly changed our room when we identified a problem. The breakfasts were delicious and a wide variety of choices. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area!

No microwave in room, bathroom light kept coming on the minute you stepped in bathroom. Taking a shower and the bathroom lights turned off on me in the middle of my shower. Had to take the rest of my shower in the dark. Requested a top floor room when i booked and they had me on a different floor if i wouldn't have said anything. Very unhappy with my stay. The door to the room would slam shut so loud and would wake me up while i was sleeping. The fridge in the room kept making noises and we kept thinking it was someone at the door. Not a very relaxing stay like we thought. The pool also did not work while we whete there.

Good stay! Staff was very friendly and whole hotel was extra clean. Pool was small, but looked inviting and was heated. Booked because I thought it was very close to downtown Holland, with its good shopping stores, but it was farther than I thought. I would book again.

Clean, comfortable, and great, friendly service.
Great service, very clean room and comfortable beds. Five stars to the entire staff. Four foe the property because the hallway walls were pretty thin, we could hear evey conversation and that was going on all night.
