The Space:
Howdy! Welcome to our beautiful home with all the comforts you could ask for. We've got a propane grill ready for cookouts, an indoor electric fireplace to cozy up by, and stunning lake views to take in.

On the main level, Bedroom 1 offers a comfy king bed with its own attached bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and a twin bed, along with an attached bathroom boasting a walk-in shower.

Downstairs, Bedroom 3 features a king bed and a convenient attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, while Bedroom 4 offers another king bed and a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 5 is perfect for the kids with a twin over full bunk bed and a nearby hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower. Plus, there's a ping pong table for some friendly competition!

Upstairs in Bedroom 6, you'll find two cozy queen beds and an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

And don't forget, we've got hi-speed wifi and YouTubeTV so you can stay connected and entertained throughout your stay. Come on over and make yourselves at home!

Getting Around:
The lodge is conveniently located 10-minutes from Branson’s entertainment and shopping district, along with a myriad of outdoor activities, including boating, fishing, and hiking, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the Ozarks. Whether you are celebrating a special event or a family vacation, this lodge offers something for everyone.

Other Things to Note:
The lakefront vacation destination is brand new. GPS and mapping apps have not yet surveyed the streets and physical addresses. Please follow Highway 65 to Highway 265. Follow Highway 265 for .7 miles to Highway P. Remain on Highway P for .8 miles to Clevenger Cove Road. Please follow Clevenger Cove Road, Ridgedale, MO 65672 1.5 miles to the entry of Rocky Shores. Follow Poolside Pass street signs to our home.

Large space perfect for friends and family.
The property is beautiful and large. Loved having plenty of space to spread out and having 6 bedrooms and bathrooms. It was very cold while we were there so we didn’t get to enjoy the outside space, but it looked beautiful and inviting. Our only issue was the basement bedrooms had beds that were NOT comfortable. Others were amazing though. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

We stayed here for a couple of days this past weekend with our kids and grandkids. The home was gorgeous, super clean, and very spacious for our family. The lake views are gorgeous and it's only about 15-20 minutes from all the things we love to do in Branson. We'd definitely stay here again!

**PERFECT FOR LARGE FAMILIES!!**
From booking to check-out, this was the most stress free vacation we have had in a long time! The communication with the host was great from the start! The day we were to check in, I received a text from a local contact to let us know that anything we needed, to just let her know. It was nice to know we could contact her if we had any questions. The house was packed full of anything we could possibly need. Even if it wasn’t, we knew it would be taken care of instantly! I would recommend ANY properties of this owner ALL DAY LONG!! You will be impressed by any of their properties, I can guarantee that!

This unit was in great shape (nearly new) and it fit our family well. We had 3 families (two with small children) and the extra bedrooms and extra living space were wonderful. Would love to come back again!

This is a wonderful property. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would want to cook a meal. It also had a nice big kitchen table. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very clean. Adam was always quick to respond to any questions we had. It stormed every day during our stay so we didn’t get to enjoy the patio, grill, or hot tub but the view off the deck is beautiful. The property is a little bit of a drive from Branson activities, but we didn’t mind. It was a nice relaxing visit with friends

Girls getaway
This was an amazing home for our traveling girlfriend trip. The property was even better than the pictures conveyed! So much room and areas where you could spread out-LR, gameroom and 2 patios! Bathroom in each bedroom was a big plus. Plenty of towels and basics in The kitchen. We couldn’t have asked for anything better! Except maybe one more ping pong paddle. 😂 One was missing! But highly recommend this property for a large group or family!!

Fantastic Place for all ages
We had such a good time staying here. We would love to come back soon! Everyone had a great night sleep in comfortable beds and there was plenty of space to cook and fellowship in the beautiful open plan main floor. The sunset over the view of the lake as we enjoyed the two back decks was amazing. And of course swimming in the pool and hot tub and playing ping pong were just icing on the cake!

Perfect location for pool people
The house worked out perfect for our family. It was great having king size beds in most of the bedrooms. The outside deck was a good size and gave added space for us to hangout. We had a problem with the main TV, would not connect to WiFi. I notified the management and they came to fix it, but still did not have access to the YouTube channel as advertised. We had to use our own TV streaming services, not a big deal. We could have used more storage space in the kitchen, such as a pantry area. They had extra dishwashing soap, pods, trash bags, laundry detergent, etc, which made it nice to keep things clean. They had beach towels to take to the pool, another simple, but added bonus. Super nice and clean. You will enjoy your stay. I would rent from these owners again.

Perfect Family Vacation
This property was perfect for our 14 person vacation group which consisted of our 3 children, their spouses and our 6 grandchildren from 6 months to 11 years old. I loved that all of the adults had a king sized bed and their own bathroom. The home was spotless and had all the ammenties we needed to make several meals there. The Blackstone grill was woderful. We were close to a boat launch and also to the state marina for a pontoon rental. We were also close to Branson and Siver Dollar City so it felt like everything was a covenient drive away but we were not in the middle of the crowds and congestion of the strip. The check in process was simple and the room was ready on time. We were given a contact person for any needs or problems but everything was great so we didnt need to contact them. The pool was large enough that although it was busy, it didn't seem crowded and he kids loved the slude. everything wasaway but

The house was great! We wished there was lake access closer though. The public access is over a mile away from the house. The kitchen was well stocked (there was even an instant pot!) and the bathrooms had soap, shampoo and conditioner. The pool was fun even though it was very busy at times.

The manager was very helpful. We ran out of propane and coffee maker quit working. The manager was there in minutes to bring us fresh propane bottles and a new coffee pot. We enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the pool and hot tub.
