Dog Friendly - Beach Bungalow- Locally owned/operated. Inspected at each turnover. Three bedroom charmer set between two access points. Ocean views. Gas grill, outdoor seating, sand chairs and more. Half a block to beach access. Check-out time is 9:30am. Thermostats are locked at 72 degrees to ensure units are not overloaded in the summer.

Dogs: There is a a non-refundable $100 pet fee (2 dog max). A large crate can be provided if requested at the time of reservation.
Any dog found in or around a dog friendly property, that has not paid the pet fee, is a ground for expedited tenant eviction, forfeiture of all monies paid, and a non-declared pet fee of DOUBLE the normal pet free per pet, at the sole discretion of property owner.

We truly enjoyed the house! We found everything we needed. All of the furniture was clean and comfortable. The backyard was perfect for our dog. It was a short walk to the beach. We also loved the cart and chairs. The view from the deck was incredible. I would highly recommend this house!

Wonderful property. All the amenities we needed for 4 adults and 1 dog. The VRBO host was lovely and always responsive and available when needed. We will be back next year - highly recommend !!

Practically front row
We had a great time at the beach and the views from this house were practically front row. The property was very clean and well equipped with all the basics as well as paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc. The tv's were new with lots of streaming options and the wifi was fast. Fenced yard was great for our dogs and the beach accesses were very close. The location was just far enough from the main tourist area that it was quiet but close enough so that groceries were only 5-10 minutes away.

Beautiful view of the ocean. Along with peaceful surroundings...Makes for a much needed time away from everyday encounters... Thanks to the host and Verbo for making this happen! Best view from a 2nd row cottage I've stayed in yet.

Perfect for us and the pooch
The property was as described and location was close to the beach. Michelle was a gracious host and checked in to see that all was ok. We had a slight mixup on day of arrival but she made a special trip to see that lights were on for us. The yard is large for our dog to run but sandy- hey, it’s the beach A 5 star stay for Judy and I. Would stau there again.

Beautiful home and beautiful view
We had a great week long stay at this house! It was the perfect size for us and our dog. The fenced in yard is a great bonus. I would absolutely stay here again. It’s super close to the beach and we were able to watch the dolphins from the deck! I absolutely recommend this place!

Wonderful coastal gem just steps from the beach!
This property was perfect for our family of three over the Christmas break. The holiday decorations were much appreciated and the place was well stocked and furnished with everything we needed. Wonderful view of the ocean from the front porch and two public beach access points just a few minutes walk to the left and right of this second-row spot. It felt more spacious than the square footage suggests due to the open layout of the front kitchen/dining/living room area. Will try to book again in the future.

Best place we've stayed in at Surf City. Michelle was very responsive and added little things to make our check in and visit smooth. Highly recommend especially if you are visiting with a dog. The large fenced in back yard was wonderful!

Perfect little beach house. Practically oceanfront.
What a perfect home for a small family stay. This house is renovated and clean!! All the amenities for cooking, cleaning, laundry and spending time with the family is here at the house. Can see the ocean from the awesome front porch. We enjoyed dinners at the family size table overlooking the ocean.Back yard is fenced in for pets to run and play. Check in was so easy and communication with owner is 5 star. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Topsail island!

Great location for a beach getaway
Our family had so much fun staying at this beach gem! You can’t beat the location, just steps from the beach. The house had everything you’ll need and then some. The front deck has a large table and chairs for meals, game night, or just to watch the sunset. And the bonus is the pet friendly, fully-fenced back yard. We’ll be back!

Location was great! Just a few steps to beach access. The house was clean!! And I usually pack my own sheets and do my own house cleaning when I get to rental houses. That was not necessary here. It was stocked with more stuff than normal, including kitchen supplies, towels, and beach gear. Our Host was very helpful, available and kind. She even messaged me to update the rip current situation for the day when there were high warnings. We would stay here again for sure!

Perfect surf city location
Great ocean views for second row house. Perfect location, not too busy on the beach, and easy beach access x 2, one to the left with a ramp and one to the right with stairs! The house itself was great: all appliances worked great, comfortable beds, all the streaming channels and tvs you’d need, and very bright and inviting atmosphere. Michelle is a doll and fantastic at communication and making sure you feel welcome. We would love to come back ♥️ highly recommend this stay.
