This large fully updated 6000 square foot home is a unique property to the vacations rental market with its 8 person spa, large heated pool w/waterfall, rooftop deck overlooking the gulf, and it's 5 suite layout. Each suite has its own kitchen and living room with all new furniture and finishes making the house ideal for multiple families traveling together, extended families, friends on different schedules, or any larger group including small events. The "Swordfish Suite" is over 1500 sq ft and has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Two of the bedrooms have king beds with en suite bathrooms. The third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. It also features a private covered porch and views of the ocean from the living room, porch, and master bedroom. Also has it's own laundry.
The "Coral Suite" is 2 king bedrooms and 2 full baths. Full eat in kitchen, living room, and laundry.
The "Turtle Suite" is 2 bed, 1 bath which includes 1 king bedroom and1 bedroom with a queen and bunk bed. Full eat in kitchen, living room, and laundry. This unit has as slider and it's own covered porch overlooking the pool.
The "Starfish Suite" is 2 bedrooms, 1bath which includes 1king bedrooms, and1 bedroom with a queen and bunk bed. Full eat in kitchen, living room it also shares a mud room with the Flip Flop Suite.
The "Flip Flop Suite" is 1 king bedroom with a full bathroom. This space has it's own living room with a kitchenette and small dining area. The living room has as slider overlooking the pool.
At ground level there is a large gathering room which is great for groups or meetings which has a large table and sitting area with a large tv. Also there is a small kitchen area, and a large bathroom.
There are new smart tv's in most rooms and high speed internet blankets the whole property.
Outside is a large patio space with multiple tables, chaise lounges, and sitting areas. Relax after a day at the beach at your own tiki bar with TV. The pool, quite large for an island property, is heated and has a beautiful rock waterfall and blue LED lights for evening swimming. Decks go around much of the property, some have ocean views. There also is a rooftop patio with with tropical ocean views.
The beach access across the street takes you to a beautiful section of open sand as it largely used just by the locals due to limited access to the public. Before heading to the beach, be sure to stop at the garage to grab everything you will need for your day - surfboards, a paddle board, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, life jackets, and large pull cart to carry everything.
This home is centrally located for enjoying everything on the island. A 5 minute walk brings you to Publix (grocery), Dunkin Donuts, great beach shops, and restaurants. The AMI trolley stops are located across from Publix. This free trolley travels the length of the island and is an excellent way to get around, especially if you don't have a car. As a note there is a noise ordinance on the island that we ask all renters to honor out of respect for all island residents. Thanks for looking.
